● RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY :

IF THE SIZE NOT FIT
♥ 若鞋号不合 ♥

*customer needs to inform *WITHIN 3 DAYS* once parcel is received (according to courier service record).
买家须在收到货的3天内联系我们。

*the parcel needs to send back *WITHIN 7 DAYS* (once customer informed) , if customer failed to do so, we reserved the right for not exchange.
卖家须在7天内将货品退还。

*the exchange item must in original conditions (unworn, unwashed socks and unaltered).
任何退换的商品必须原状 （未穿，袜子未拆封，不变）

* the item sent back is your responsibility until it reaches to us.
买家有责任确保商品退换至我们。

*ONLY SIZE NOT FIT IS ALLOW TO RETURN/ EXCHANGE.
只有鞋子鞋码不适合才允许被退还。

*exchange can only made one time per order number.
所有商品只能退换一次。


*we will charge PROCESSING FEES (WEST M'SIA- RM6 , EAST M'SIA- RM8) for every exchange item.
每一次的退换商品，我们将会征收手续费 （西马-RM6, 东马-RM8)


* IF THE EXCHANGED ITEM IS OUT OF STOCKS (CUSTOMER WILL RECEIVED A CREDIT NOTE WHICH VALID FOR 3 MONTHS, NO CASH REFUND).
若退换的商品缺货，买家会收到保值单据有效其为3个月，我们将不会退款。


* for example , customer returned a item rm100, and the item is out of stocks , customer will received a credit note rm94 (west 'sia, after deduct the processing fees).
例如: 买家退还商品未RM100 和该商品缺货，买家将会收到一个保值单据RM94 (西马，去除手续费后）。


* all return item without inform us will be strictly declined and forfeited.
若买家没事前通知要退换商品，将不受处理。


IF EXCHANGE IS DUE TO COLOR VARIATION FROM PRODUCT PHOTOS, MINOR IMPERFECTION, ITEM/S IS STRICTLY NOT EXCHANGEABLE.
商品不被退换为：色差，稍微瑕疵。


*WE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE / RETURN*
