Had a very bad experience at the emergency ward. The nurses/medical assitant on hand were very rude and unhelpful and were inexperienced. When administering antibiotics the nurses took 3 tries to realise that she was using the wrong needle size. Caused so much pain n discomfort throughout the enitre ordeal. For a private hospital they sure do charge alot for mediocre services. would not come back here.

Services at the pharmaceutical counter, admissions counter and payment counter are good, accomodating and helpful. Front desk/info counter however is very poor. Unfriendly and unapproachable except to those who happened to be regular patients there. Services rendered at the front desk should be neutral, well balanced, warm and sincere at all times.
