Location is good as it is in Kampung Air (around city center). There are lots of shops nearby if we need anything - like in our case, it was raining for few days that we decided to buy extra umbrella. There are restaurants, banks as well. Parking was limited (but we still managed to get one in front of the hotel yeay). People staying at this hotel need to display parking coupon if we park around working hours.

Room is a bit pack especially when we need to open all the luggage together. Water heater was functioning, toilet was clean as well.

No lift and if your room is at 4th floor, good luck!

The promotional price are relatively low because of the budget facilities but the convenience in location had added marks to it. The room cleanliness is great and not much noise from the street even with the evening bazaar right in front of it.

The old staff member, Andy has been unnecessarily rude in multiple occasions. A real let down since i have been a frequent visitor to this hotel for several years. Today, he forced-open my room without fair warning, just to collect the payment. I understand the payment came late, but still he should have respected my privacy.

Friendly staff and safe place to stay as no prostitution is allowed here. Have all the basic for hotel and nice bed. Yet, not suitable for people who want very clean or cozy place as some windows are facing the back alleys which is quite dirty and noisy. Many convenient stores and cafe/restaurant with night market at the opposite road. Can walk to souvenir stores at milestones distance. Taxi services and bus services also available nearby.

i stayed here for two nights. the location is very central. it is a very simple budget accommodation with a 7eleven downstairs. for me it was sufficient as i just needed a bed. the staff was very friendly. if you just need the basics then the iskandar is well enough. but if you are into a neat/very clean and new environment, then you should look further.
