1. Ionman 產品，到底是藥品，還是保養品？
• Ionman 屬於護關節產品裏頭的外用保養品，只需塗抹在關節以外的表皮層就行，天然而不含藥性，不是藥物，所以它不屬於醫療管制品。
• IONMAN, is it a prescribed drug or body care lotion?
• Ionman is an external use joint soothing lotion that could easily be absorbed by applying it on joint area.
2. Ionman 的成份到底是那些？
• 除了滋潤底霜，Ionman的主要成份，來自玉米，莖類植物，和種子類的萃取物，配方完全和止痛藥原料無關。
• What does IONMAN contain of?
• Besides moisturising cream based, the main ingredient of Ionman extracted from corn, tubers, and seeds. It’s totally different than normal pain killer formula.
3. Ionman 的研發和測試，大約經歷了多久?
• Ionman 從研發到測試，已經超過7年，人體測試和實驗，也不少過5年，經歷不少過1000個測試個體。
• How long did IONMAN undergo from product development to experimental testing?
• For 7 years, from product development to experimental testing. Ionman had experiments and clinical studies (at least 5 years). It had gone through at least 1000 experiments.
4. 為何Ionman 不像一般止痛劑那樣，有明顯的溫熱效應?
• Ionman 的配方設計，是以自體細胞誘發活化為基礎，不添加任何辣椒油或薄荷油，所以不會有顯著的溫熱效應。若有感覺到溫熱，是因為Ionman 促使血流量加速，因血液和血管壁產生摩擦而引起的自然溫熱效應，而非其他原料因素引起的。
• Why IONMAN do not give that hot and tingling sensation as other pain killing transdermal cream?
• The formula of Ionman is designed to reactivate the cells within our body by not adding any pepper or mint oil. That's why it will not have the hot and tingling sensation. If you could feel warm and heat from the cream, it's because Ionman improved your blood circulation.
5. 部分的人覺得Ionman 效果不明顯，為甚麼呢？
• 每一個人的創傷程度不同，效果不明顯，對自體誘發活化的角度來說，也許就是偏向健康，因此，才會感覺效果不明顯。 而過度的傷害和退化，也是需要觀察1-2個星期的時間，才能明顯感受復原的。
• Why does the effect varies from different person?
• Everyone's body type and degree of trauma is different. Need to be patient and consistently applying Ionman for at least 1-2 weeks. Symptoms will improved.
6. 如何有效塗抹Ionman？
• 起床和臨睡，是身體吸收效果最好的時刻，一般保養，儘量不要錯過這段時間，通常1-7天內，明顯感受前後的差別。 而嚴重退化或嚴重創傷，且已經服用止痛藥，或已經注射潤滑劑於關節者，建議除了早晚之外，每四個小時塗抹一次，持續1-2個星期，以達到最佳效果。
• How to apply IONMAN efficiently?
• The best time for our body to absorb nutrients and minerals is at before sleep (at night) and after awake (in the morning). We should not avoid these perfect timing for applying Ionman. Usually within 1-7days, one could differ the experience of before and after applying Ionman. If the joints are facing great pain or trauma, which reach the point of eating pain killers and joints supplement, even who injected artificial lubricant to joints. One should apply Ionman to area needed every 4 hours besides the morning and night routine. Apply it consistently for 1-2 weeks for the best results.
7. 服用 Glucosamine 葡萄胺，和塗抹Ionman 的差別在哪裡？
• 首先，我們必須瞭解進食分解的機制。一般從食道進食，經過胃酸PH2.5的進行分解，直到藥物或營養能夠順利透過小腸壁吸收進入血管，再輸送到身體需要的部位，這樣的過程，以肉類來說，平均需要分解7-8次，以果菜類來說，平均3-4次，每一次的分解，都會在身體內部產生氧化過程，而氧化，就是自由基排放。分解的次數越多，排放自由基的量就越大。而原本人們認為豐富的活性營養和高單位藥物，經過胃部強酸到被小腸吸收前，可能只剩不到10%的有效成份了，其餘的90%，就自然轉變成了體內垃圾，我們的肝腎等器官，就是在處理這些大部份的營養或藥类的殘物。Ionman 的美妙之處，就是透過SDS技術，能提高細胞對有效成分的識別效率，並從皮膚直入，穿透毛囊進入血管，整個過程約需1分鐘左右，就已經完成。它大大的降低了食道長時間的再分解，而排放自由基的过程，並在最短的植入時間內，保存最高分量的有效成份。這是轉換速度和時間賽跑的過程，吸收和轉換的時間越短，達到的效率就相對越高。
• What are the difference between intake Glucosamine supplement and applying IONMAN?
• First we need to understand our digestive system. Usually when you intake any supplement, it will go through our stomach acid(pH2.5), until our small intestines for further absorption into our blood stream and send them to the specific parts of our body. Through our digestive system, it will be break down several times till it is small enough for our human body to absorb it. The more it breaks down, the releasing of free radicals will increase. When the supplement reaches our small intestine, it might left only 10% for human body to absorb and use, which means that the majority 90% will be rubbish for our human body. Our liver and kidney will have increased workload due to our intake of supplement. But through the SDS technology, Ionman could increase the percentage of absorption to 90% within 1 minute after applying. It vastly decreased the releases of free radicals for the absorption.
8. 是否在任何身體的關節部位，因創傷，飲食習慣，或退化而感到不適時，都能夠塗抹Ionman 嗎？為何如此說？
• 以Ionman 的設計配方來說，是屬於第二類膠原蛋白。所謂第二類膠原蛋白，就是同類於深層膠原蛋白，和皮膚的膠原蛋白結構不同。深層膠原蛋白有較強而較深層的植入潤滑作用，所以對關節受創或退化，顯得有幫助。 而飲食習慣偏差所引起的尿酸疼痛，則是因為 Ionman 能促進血液循環，並逐漸解散堆積在關節周圍的尿毒分子，而讓人感覺到關節部位逐漸放鬆。但尿酸必須從飲食習慣來控制，否則症狀一樣會倒回來的。
• Could I use IONMAN anywhere on my body which are in need of soothing?
• From the designed formula, Ionman is a type II collagen (which could penetrates into cartilages and repair them). The body pain from injury, improper diet and degeneration would be improved by Ionman, as it could improve our blood circulations. If continuing improper diet, the symptoms would return.

• Where is the origin of Ionman?
• The technology of Ionman is from U.S, ingredients from German. Malaysia authorized product. That’s why we have the approval of Malaysia’s Ministry of Health.
12. 请问IONMAN对手指麻痹的问题有效吗?
• 手指麻痹，是由于血液循环不顺畅，或神经线被阻压，氧份不够输送，而引起的暂时性反应，IONMAN可以疏通神经线，只要早晚适量擦在手指局部，轻微按摩手 指头就好，至于若是缺血性的问题，早晚用IONMAN涂抹尾椎（尾龙骨）就可以了，涂了之后脚板会感觉温热的。很舒服。
• Will IONMAN be effective to my fingers numbness?
• Hand numbness, majority due to bad blood circulation or blocked nerves. These will causes decreased oxygen flow to that certain area which causes sudden numbness. By apply Ionman consistently and massage the numb area, it could improve the blood circulation hence reduce the numbness. Routinely using Ionman at the Caudal, blood circulation could be improved.
13. IONMAN是属于治疗性产品?还是只是帮助舒缓而已？
• IONMAN 是修復軟骨和神經線的產品。屬於type 2 collagen。 當然要配合適當的飲食控制和正常的休息。任何軟骨受損，或因坐姿或壓力而引起的神經線不適，到目前為止，是會好起來的。
• IONMAN act as treatment cream or soothing cream only?
• Ionman is a cream that could repair cartilage and nerves at joints which is under type II collagen. With balanced diet and enough rest following with consistent applying Ionman, any injured joints, cartilages or suppressed nerves could be recovered.
