    New Address:
G-3 GROUND FLOOR, WISMA CHASE PERDANA, CHANGKAT SEMANTAN, DAMANSARA HEIGHTS, 50490 KUALA LUMPUR

They have their online system for online submission but with incorrect address on the application header. Also the visa period to apply is 12 months now, we put 1. So our application was not accepted and we need to pay additional RM50 per application. Since we are 3 the total we paid was 150. Ok, no choice. Then advised us to come after 2 days by 2pm. We went by 3pm plus. Doors are closed and re-opened only by 4pm. Need to wait outside, very hot sun. Why don't they keep one sign board says 2-4 pm break or inform us early about the break hours. Tq

Need to be early there & please make sure that you have prepared all the required documents. For information to all, now all the VISA application need to have the copy of your passport.

If you are working in KL area, advisable to take LRT or grab, very limited parking in this area.

Photocopy & photo shooting are available inside the VISA center, but it is pricey. If you are not sure on how to fill up the form, you can pay them to fill up for you, but it is restricted only the service provided by IVS Global India.

Forms which are not filled up by the appointed agent by IVS (excuding those forms filled up by yourself) is not accepted.

The staff there are ok & pleasant, but just bear in mind that you need to be patient while waiting.

The whole VISA center is closed during lunch hour.

The service is good fast despite huge number of customers. The facility in the waiting hall not good. The check list requested by IVS should be tuned with the one provided in the Indian high commission website. The amount of payment collected and the one stated in the receipt doesn't match. The person in the counter explained that it is due to service fee. But, I believe the service fee should be stated in the receipt clearly.

They don't have a proper queueing system. Feel like going to wet market. Parking is also an issue. Better take grab or just do the e-visa

The center only opens till 2pm. The center needs to recorrect the opening time as not to confuse people into coming later and be dismissed. If there's Good Friday, the indian embassy should let public know about it on their website so that people don't have to dismissed after coming a long way to just come again another day which is very inconvenient. (some live far away like me). Other than that, the customer service agent who handled me was professional, efficient and polite. So that's fine. Please improve the timings on the website! The prices should be more clear too.

If you call them, you will be welcomed by an auto generated answer, which requires you to press a particular number for a particular business. Cool, no problem. The problem is, if you press 0 to talk to their staff, 2 seconds after that they will hung up on you. Yes, cool customer service.

With documents provided properly, the counter service just takes me 5 minutes to pay and go.. waiting time is quite good considering the volume of people. With 20 numbers to my turn, waited around 40 minutes. Tourist visa collection is always on time which is 2 working days after. Good service overall!

On my 1st day, Parking was a big issue here. Although many complaints lodged since 2014, looks like the Indian Embassy in KL does not monitor the KL IVS visa center and still located here. I have to return after collecting the details for the visa application.

I was here again for 2nd day for my visa application. The information counter (at the entrance) staff were rude in giving answers. He answers as if the customer should know everything. If customers know everything, he doesnt have a job there to clarify. Such an arrogant dumbass.

There are only 2 counters opened for tourist visa. Only about 10 visa applicants are processed within 1 hour. The delay is because of the biometric capturing machine is very slow. One of the male staff at counter 5, talk rude to people especially to the old people thinking that he is a smart ass. Overall in 2 hours I were there, only 18 applicants were processed by Counter 5 & Counter 6.

I hope the India Embassy people come and audit them on surprise basis. The staff working here overall were rude. They are giving a bad impression about how difficult traveling to India is. Please India Embassy officials in Malaysia, go and see how structured and customer oriented is in USA and China embassy in Malaysia. India reputation is spoiled by these lowly qualified India Visa Center staff.

I was here at 8.45 n it's past 12 pm n i'm still waiting for my name to be cald after which to proceed with the proceedings....what I observed for 3 hours 15 min is that they dont have a system....no numbers in sequence after keying in details then to do biometric...the gals who fill the forms at revathy travels takes the documents frm cisa centre to their place n goes for breakfast coolt.leaving the documents on the table den comes bck coolly to key in...after keying in the gals who return frm revathy travels just leaves the form.on the table with n no sirial ...can't imagine...the production system...

Ic,passport, flight ticket make a copy. Same goes to each person..no sharing of flight ticket copy......ivs staffs were helpful even though not very warm. Do ur part correctly then no issues.

Terrible place. Went to get a tourist Visa today. Brought copy of E-visa form filled out online and pasport. The guy at counter 9 said i need to bring Marrial form, copy of my husbands passport and sign of my husband. I asked him why he would need that, as I only want a tourist Visa and am a grown woman who can stand for herself. He called a lady who, than very angry said I was rude to her staff, and she than threw my documents at me. I asked how can it be rude to ask why, she replied "that's required and I was not to ask why!!". I asked for her supervisor, she than said she was the supervisor.. I than asked for my passport as I did not get that back, than she angry said she would not have that, than the first guy came and gave it to her and than she threw that at me.
I than left totally in chock and just saying to her that she must be sick something is wrong in your head..
What a terrible place and staff.

If you're non-Malaysian, they are very unhelpful. The only advice they will give you is to get an evisa online, yeah no kidding. Even though I know there are other ways to apply for a regular visa, which I need, they won't bother to look into helping individual cases or countries. Just in general for foreigners, they'll say to go apply for evisa only. I didn't need to come in person to get that useless answer.

No clear guide line as the staff expecting you to know everything.

1st head to the counter to get your application form check before getting the number. Do let them know what kind visa you are trying to apply and also wanting a Premium Lounges services (RM50/person) or else you will need to spend whole day sitting they for your turn or else you need to reapply a new application form.

2nd, gentle remind that they DO NOT accept the normal passport photo. They will only ACCEPT [2inch x 2inch or 51mm x 51mm] photo with white background. They offer a photobooth behind the counter for RM20/print.

3rd, Do bring complete documents or else your day trip will gone wasted.
Otherwise, another fee chargeable for each photocopying! like RM2/copy.
They are very good in getting money from you!

Lastly, Submission Time are from 9.00 a.m. and 14.00 p.m. Mondays to Fridays, except holidays and Collection Time will be 4.00pm - 5.30pm on the third working day. Mondays to Fridays, except holidays.
