  Old hotel but well maintained. Seems popular among East-Asian group tourists. Room is comfortable, no foul smell is the room I stay (someone did complaint about it). Only that you cannot adjust the aircond temperature, I think the hotel tempered the controller. Walking distance to KK wet market area, around 15 minutes to go there.
  
  Breakfast selection is good enough...rice, noodles (soup base and fried), congee, egg station, espresso machines... But it will be better if the breads are fresh from oven. If bread and pastry are your preffered choice for breakfast, you will be disappointed.
  
  And almost all the staff that serve the table (about 4 or 5 of them) during breakfast seems too stressful and like in hurry. I know they are committed, but they can be train to act more relax, calm and not as like half running around the cafe. It doesn't send a positive vibe to the customer whose having their breakfast.
  
  Overall, nice hotel and will consider to come again.

  We had the best meal at this restaurant. The food was very tasty, serves generous and well price. Recommend for a relaxed meal out.

  The room is clean. The breakfast is very delicious. Because the indoor power outlet could not be used well, I asked for help to the front desk. Then, the staff lent the adapter. As a result, charging of the smartphone was done without problems.

  Nice, well presented hotel.
  Rooms are clean. Water is hot. Staff are helpful. But no bacon at breakfast :(

  Don't be fooled by the name; it has nothing to do with the Shangri-la hotel chain that we all know. It's a 3-star hotel. Breakfast buffet was decent, cleanliness ok. Could smell smoke even on a non-smoking floor. Probably due to the central aircon system. But it wasn't too bad. The towels had a faintly weird smell. All in all it's ok. Nothing special.

  Checked in on the 11 May 2017 and checked out on the 14 May. Value for money. 3 star hotel with 5 star service and quality. Very polite and attentive staff. Will definitely comeback in the near future. Keep up the great job.

  better than expected. except its centralised aircon could be an issue.. we had some problem during our stay but they gave us a temporary fix.. will recommend for biz / family.

  Nice and clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Only a minor selection of continental breakfast. Very noisy rooms because of the large road on one side and a big fan on the other side and the very thin walls and doors between adjacent rooms. I would definitly only recommend this hotel to people who tolerate noise at night time.
