  Very good budget hotel with very reasonable room charge. The location is very strategic, 3~5min walk will bring you to the Bentong Market, Jln Chui Yin, Bentong Walk and Sunday Market. Room is clean and decent. The hotel has a lift, but the main entrance has no ramp for wheelchair.

  Value for your money.It's been newly renovated recently.All items are new.Compared to it's old look when I was there just a few years ago.The same hotel owner really upgraded this hotel as good as new.It's only minor problem is that there's no shower screen in the bathroom.

  Nice place . Actually kindda shock because they have a very good service and very satisfying room . If we go to bentong again , we will definitely check in to hotel kristal . Tq.

  Basic hotel facilities and spacious. Good location with easy excess to food courts & supermarkets. Very reasonable room rate.

  why the generous review? Firstly, this is a budget hotel and I managed my expectations accordingly. RM100 per night got us a very large room (1 single & 1 double bed) that's comfortable. We like that they've changed the carpets to tiled flooring, though nights can be quite cold (air-cond set at max temp still chilly). mind you, this is a very old hotel and looks every bit its age. but at that price, large room coupled with the fact that you are smack in the middle of town with everything you need within walking distance, this hotel cannot be beat.

  Nice place to stay. A week here.. Everything u need is just around here, just walk. Friendly staff 😊 great wifi service 👍 cuma sikit oldies.

  Buchuo le.. bilik a bit messy as taik cicak is everywhere... other's not bad. Kfc dekat.. breakfast sng nak cr..
