    I'm very disappointed with the PPK services at the surgical and medical department counter. May need to improve their soft skill to work at the frontliner

    low service..i bring my foreign employer to emergency room..they ask to register and need to pay bill first..queue almost 30 minute to pay..
    no treatment until i show them bill

    A best example as to how a bad service can be delivered professionally. My sister delivered pre mature baby (born early about 3 weeks) almost 12 am and the baby weighed only 2 kg. They discharged her and the baby on the very next day and let us assume that the baby is healthy despite of those complications. Very next day, the baby readmitted upon check up into different hospital due to jaundice and lack of sugar. A minute search in Google search would how that these complications are common for babies with less weight and born early. I am not sure the kind of judgemental call was made by the hospital when they discharged the baby. Was it because the hospital and the drs who aresupposed to deliver good service if not best (as their salaries paid through the people's tax payment) choose to ignorant and arrogant and completely forrgot bout their duties or the very attitude of tidak APA as it's just another poor people's life which cost nothing to them. Will this issue will be ever addressed? No, it would not be. this might sound like a small problem. But it only serves to prove the hospital's poor management in providing good service to people and the respective dr's inexperience ( leveled of which is not acceptable at all). You should save lives and not disregard life. #hospitaltunkuampuannajihah

    Menagement is very poor..services to patients have to improve to ensure satisfaction for patients at every time...hospital ampuan najihah director u should open your eyes to see your staffs on how they deliver their services at your hospital...please ensure they give the best services to all patients.
    Hopefully, hospital ampuan najihah can give a good service to all customers and all patients in future...thank you!!!!!!!!
