  My hubby had an emergency and was admitted in the hospital following being transferred from Sandakan.
  Special thanks to Dr Mohd Sofan, great doctor and also his team for taking such good care of my hubby while being admitted there. Awesome Neurology team.
  The level of service here supersedes the hospitals at semenanjung.
  Also would like to say thanks to Dr Dinesh, and nurses who were at neurology ward level 7 Queen 11.
  Overall service superb, efficient and effective.plus the ward was clean too.

  Today, February 10, 2024, I went to the Queen Elizabeth II hospital. I went to the emergency room. I waited at the counter for the person who took care of the register. I didn't know until I stood there for 15 minutes. He said what's wrong? Then I said drum. my ears hurt.. after that he checked my blood pressure and then he said to pay at the mili hasil counter and after that I was told to wait in the main lobby their service was very long. now it's been almost 3 hours waiting to be called,

  Public hospital. Based on my experience few years ago the service here was great. Hardworking nurses. Satisfied with the cafeteria. The car parks are very limited. In the hospital area, the car parks are for the staffs.

  Friendly and helpful staff, parking limited.
  
  Easy to get around as it's a small hospital. Grocery store is at first floor. Has few ATMs on ground floor.
  
  Cafeteria food is delicious and cheap, n accepts boost🤠

  Multistorey parking space available even though limited but free. Cafe sells quality and quite tasty meals at reasonable price. Environment is spacious and clean. Doctors and nurses are friendly towards their patients and family members. This hospital deserved 5 stars.

  Used to be called SMC, then taken over by the government, just like most of the things that are proven to be profitable. The government will just take it away :) No parking space, not convenient for visitors.

  My mother, who fractured her hip, was hospitalised here. Having dementia made it difficult for her realise what she was there for. But the nurses and doctors were great in understanding her condition. They made her comfortable though it was difficult. Thanks so much to the staff of the Women's Orthopaedic Ward! My kind of heroes******
