  Very bad very bad dortor,
  ( ^002 dept / eye clinic door L _ dr.chan )
  Morning 8.00am I bring my 7months+ baby daughter to have a appointment checking. After waiting for a hours+ . Then going to have a light checking the eye then past to dr.chan after go in the L room sitting to wait for dr. to have double check ... ( he is very very busy like big business man , going in out , hearing hphone repeated , write this that ) ...
  Then only start taking to me and read my baby daughter file .... after that he say need to put some eye drops... And told us to go to another dept ... after then come back again to his ...
  So finish the eye drops come back to his , his told us to wait outside... then his is same as very very busy in out talking to other ... , after few hours my baby daughter cant wait any more and keep crying, so i keep asking when can see my baby daughter... and his still same keep his same job ... ( wait wait wait ) ...
  And after a hours , i been very impatient and ask his dr.chan can be some respect and for baby priority...
  Then his is starting very ungry and louder to us now u go to the dept and wait for his to come ... after few minutes he come and checking for baby daughter..
  ( the checking and write in to the file only use as few 3-4 minutes only ) His also want to push this that and past this that dept wait wait wait ...
  
  How is a doctor After graduating from a doctor's university ，No medical moral cultivation, humanity attitude, cultivation ...
  
  And the General hospital also no have human priority like OKU , Babies , Elderly the Ages ...
  Like it come don’t like it wait and reappointment ...
  ( seen like white rat to have a test )
  
  Although we are poor, we don’t have to play with us as goods. Isn’t the government hospital not letting our civilians take on less medical care? But why should we have to get the service and treat like this ...If I pay it, it will not be used to torture you...
  
  This is the general hospital and private hospital...

  A big joke! I visit the hospital last 2 weeks. After consult the doc , they give me appointment letter for Ultrasound Scan. I have suffer the pain for 2 weeks. Was told to fasting so I stop eating since last night. Today I visit the hospital , the appointment is just to put your letter there again for another appointment. So Silly. I don’t think they understand what appointment mean. Long Q, I wait for so long and I am starving. I couldn’t wait anymore so I ask the nurse when can I do the scan. She said you are not doing any scan today. Pls sit down and wait for the doctor consults. What a silly replied. I wait for 2 weeks just to consult another doctor? Big joke! What Doctor so good need to wait for 2 weeks? I skip the work for this nonsense!
  Lousy system , wasting time, wasting resources!
  The way they schedule the things was so unprofessional for a General Hospital.

  Dr Sasi attended to me in the evening and I was pleasantly surprised by his professional / helpful manner in treating what turned out to be a case of food poisoning. The nurse attending to my IV was fantastic, got my vein in the 1st go and I was good to go in minutes. I understand that due to staffing, there will be a waiting period but I'm understood this going to the GH. Very pleased with the service provided.

  The nurses over here cant even treat patients nicely . Long wait . Sometimes seeing them chit chatting only not doing work .

  Lousy, appalling and so pathetic! My father was once admitted to ER for a horrible car accident where his face was bleeding and neck injured on Weds morning. The security guards were very rude and rough towards the patients and visitors.
  
  Waited from morning to night for the skin specialist to attend to the facial cuts and stitches. Specialists were nowhere to be seen.
  
  My father served the govt all his life and this is what he gets for treatment. We do not expect VIP treatment but when someone is bleeding badly from an accident, priority should be first.
  
  And not to mention some unprofessional staffs and guards. The nurses were brilliant and I must give credits to the top management who took action when I voiced out my concerns.

  I was treated by Dr. Muhammad Naeem Bin Ali in the emergency room and he was very professional and knowledgeable. Even the waiting time was long, overall very positive experience.

  The largest hospital in Penang with a thousand beds and specialities in almost every field. Services could obviously improve but with budget constraints and under-investment things do not seem to be improving anytime soon. Drugs which were previously freely given are harder to come by now.

  It was really bad experience in Malaysia hospital, no respect for illness people. For foreign country people it's too expensive to pay rm100 for visit a doctor just only fever. You need to visit 3 counter before see doctor & wait for 1h. It's totally crazy for wait 1h outside after pay rm100, I think the authority need to see this massage & improve your service. Thanks

  The worst government hospital ever! Does not allow husband to accompany wife while deliver baby. Doctors and Nurses behaviour are worst. Disappointed!

  Promise to do the operation immediately when the deposit is paid. But ended up putting the patient without giving any food and water for one day. They should improve their management

  Hospital GH Penang. Very unprofessional attitude and careless to the patient. The doctors and nurses just leave the patients there. In the wad. Pity my grandfather. He pass away yesterday morning due to heart function stop. He pass away a day after discharge from GH. Not here for blaming, just hope them be more serious about every patients. And for whoever read this, please precious your elderly while they still there.

  I got shouted at when I called to ask if there's anyone there that could help with braces (at about 10.30pm) then they told me that to deserve the services of the dentist on call, I have to be classified as an emergency and they don't accept descriptions over phone, they feel that i have to make the 30km journey all the way there and risk being turned away because I don't meet their "criteria"? Shittiest service I've ever received

  Waited from morning to night for the skin specialist to attend to the facial cuts and stitches. Then, the so-called orthopaedic specialist hasn't done anything from Weds until now! What the hell is the person doing? My dad is lying there without any diagnose.
  
  My father served the govt for all his life and this is what he gets for treatment! We don't expect first class service but when you see someone bleeding badly from an accident, the priority should be there first.
  
  I must stress this particular rude and unprofessional doctor Edwin Ong who has personal vendetta when we voiced our concerns to the head. He lashes back at the junior staffs and indirectly to the patient asking people to be discharge asap. What kind of lousy doctor is he?! He has no right to do so thinking because it's free but we tax payers are paying his salary. If he cannot handle some stress and told off by the boss..it's time for him to hand down the robe!
