Best vet experience ever. First, the vet is clean, does not smell, modern and well maintained! Dr Lai was very loving to our 10 year old dog, he has so much compassion for animals. He did a detailed check, gave good advices, and was willing to take his time to explain things or answer questions. Thankful for such doctors who really care!

Nice place to bring your pets for treatments, check ups and spaying/neutering. Dedicated doctors who take time to get to know the pets living situations and explain specific conditions to help you take better care of your pet. Prices are reasonable and they're not out to butcher you unlike some other vets out there.

Dr Jenny is indeed a very experienced vet, from the way she held and how she treated my guinea pig. She's friendly, knowledgeable and nice too! She made my guinea pig feel better... and the charge is reasonable.

Caring doc, missed a shot during vaccination but it is due to my own mistake as i didnt hold my dog well. Good experience as a 1st time puppy owner. Reasonable price. Doc gave a heartbeat check, weight check and a few advice without any extra expense.

My wife and I have been visiting HnP for 3 years now with our 4 cats - very sanitary with good service and vets. We've never picked a doctor but all of them have been very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Highly recommended.

Dr Mervin is an absolute sweetheart, baby talking expert & very detailed information about your pet’s condition. Dr Lai is also great, he’s quick, gives u what you need and has helped me greatly with my furry friends. Can get packed, so come early

Dr Mervin is very gentle & caring vet. Called me at 8pm before he leaves to give update on our pet's condition after surgery. Staff taking care of boarding pets are also friendly & kind to the animals.

Hands n paws vet is the best ever.

phoned the vet and they say the doctor only comes in when there is an appointment and that the only way to make one is to email her but it's been 2 weeks and she never bothered to reply? The technology is so advance now if you want to make it appointment base please use a better system like facebook or DIRECT PHONE CALL OR EVEN GOOGLE DOC? My pets would have died by the time you even read your email!

The staff are very friendly and the vet who treated my Fuzzy Winkles, is very knowledgeable and gentle. Recommended if you have exotics.

Finally found a vet that is worthy to write a review.
Brought my cat here and was finally diagnosed with the correct condition. Been to 2 vets. (Even in the US) and this place got it right. Get here early to skip the long hour wait lines. Don’t complain if they take awhile. They are very thorough. Pets aren’t humans. They aren’t so easy to diagnose. Everyone’s time is precious so just wait your turn. Not to mention, this vet place is well take care of and clean. 5 stars.

Love the vets esp Dr Lai Chong and Dr Lee. Dr Lai Chong is the owner of the clinic and is extremly kind and attentive to the animals especially on the rescue cases. Love it!

Dr Jenny is good in treating small animals n it's such a shame that I found her a little late, which caused two of my guinea pigs to die in vain under the hands of inexperienced vet.
Dr Lai is patient n explained in details all I need to know in vaccination, deworm,heartgard,etc. I heard another Indian doctor is very good n professional too.

Dr Jenny is caring, experienced, wonderful and excellent doctor with good medical advise and a trusted sugar glider doctor. She took time to explain. Highly recommended. The price is very reasonable. In future, hopefully Hands N Paws can accept credit card for payment of rm50.00 instead of rm100.00.
