  it's a good place to stay. worth it. but they hv centralized air conditioner. so we cannot adjust the coolness. we stay for two night and two breakfast and the breakfast is not that amazing but variety. we asked for prayer mat and never get one

  Its not really a three star hotel yet, some rooms are very small. We stayed as a family and the room allotted to my mum and dad was quite small and facing the road side and yes the hotel rests right in front of a flyoverso there was the added noise from cars zipping across all night and the view is not that great either from the front and neither from the back where me and my bro's room wasThe showers are need of some serious attention as they were not good at all not in terms that there was no hot water but imagine standing under the shower head and only three individual streams are flowing down on your head would not really call it a shower as wellstaff is friendly but don't expect them to assist you with your luggage as they don't provide for this facility wifi was a problem in my room the only good part of staying in hotel was it's cafe since it's a bit sound proof.and..its nice and huge i enjoyed my morning breakfast along side the road shielded by thick glass which stops the traffic noise.

  Found out alot of cockroaches in the rooms. Bedsheets never change and using it for 4 days.
  Bad services from the cafetering, will never come back again.

  Good and spacious rooms..
  Near by you will find a 7-Eleven store.. Also some small food restaurants available at walkable distance.. Parking is also provided, but you need to park the car in Dynasty and every time you need to go to Dynasty reception to pay the parking charge..

  Good:
  - Spacious room. Hairdryer provided.
  - walking distance to titiwangsa lrt.
  
  Areas to improve:
  - Only provide 1 key for 2-bedded room. Not convenient for those had two person staying.
  - No proper explanation regarding wifi & breakfast while check in.
  - centralized aircon in the room. Too cold because cannot adjust the temperature in the room.
  - Non sound proof room. Can hear the noises along the corridor during early morning and night time. Bad sleep for two days.
  - Hygiene: I saw a small cockroach crawling on the table.
  - Breakfast: a lot of varieties, but the quality/taste was bad. And no toaster provided for bread.
  
  Not coming back again, until they improve the services.

  This is a normal hotel seems to be made for Thomas Cook guests only. Uploading actual pics of the room which we stayed into. Not worth your money spent. Have a look and decide for your selves. We got a malfunctioning aircon room, shower and WC spout. Hopeless and pathetic.

  Outdated hotel. Away from the main city or any attractions. No stores nearby. Spacious rooms. Housekeeping not great. Towels and sheets were not washed. Staff was not friendly and were quite cold. Recommend other hotels considering the high price here.
