  Well for starters when filling up any forms, the staff should take into account that the patient may be illiterate thus they should always explain properly what colour pen should be used. And they should improve their response timing for problem solving. Instead of whining and scolding the patients they should address the problem and start working on how to solve it. This shows their competence in their work and it will give a bad impression to the individuals who have more competence in this field. This is truly and crucial part that should be addressed in the near future to not allow the competent individuals to have a bad impression due to an error from incompetent individuals.

  Very poor service and nurses are all expecting patient's relative to do all the job. Patient ward outside are very noisy like a local fresh market. They don't care if you are able to rest or not. The staffs are all talking really loud, open and shut the door like they don't give a damn if the patient is asleep.
  Bad facilities , no towel, toilettes , cup or whatever in the room. I request for a small towel and the nurse give me "A Pillow Case" as the towel is out of stock. 😨
  Shower handle is broke and left all the old bar soap there like a public toilet. Aircondioner is super cold at night and either you turn it off or sleep in the cold room.
  * I was admitted into other SEA countries's private hospital before and all I can say is Malaysia hospital still has a long way to go to reach to the top health care in this region * bad nurse , bad management, bad facilities to be a private hospital. Don't trust what they put in the lobby.

  Very good hospital! The doctors and nurses are very nice and caring.
  
  I was warded there twice and the nurses were very nice, patient and caring.
  
  My wife gave birth there too and the Gynae was very experienced and professional.
  
  Rest assured you are in safe hands if you go there.
  
  The only slight issue I have is the waiting time, else it's a great hospital!

  My husband's surgeon and anesthetist were excellent and all the staff are friendly and kind. We did find, however, that in-ward patient care was poor. My husband was there for three days and in that time no one came to give him a sponge bath or help him take a shower. There were no towels in the room even if he was strong enough to shower himself. No one changed the bedding or made the bed in all that time. Alarms were going off when the machine took his blood pressure after the surgery, but no one came. When he was discharged he had to go down to the 6th floor to pay his bill, no wheel chair or help. What if I hadn't been there?Then he had to come back up to the 17th floor to get the iv out. That was it. We headed down to find a taxi. Again no help. We are from North America and are used to good patient care so this was a shock. We also had a shock with the extra billing. They charged us for the horrible food. If I had known, we would have said no to food and I would have brought good food in.

  Clean hospital and modern look for interior. The air condition too cool i think. The doctor Ms Teh breast surgeon specialist is so patient and very clearfull explanation about my mom matters

  Doctors are good, cleanliness is well maintained. However service level must be improved like for example, waiting time could be shortened, staffs serving patients/customers could be friendlier (better trained).

  One of the best quality hospital in Penang, having states of arts equipment and good doctors. Upon admission you are required with insurance or deposit.

  poor service provided if do not prepare enough money don't think GMC may assist you. not prepare to safe people life. Even got guarantee by Insurance company! High class private hospital but service very poor.

  The receptionist are really rude, from the accent, I know she is a indian woman. I called today (16/2/17) at 9.06a.m. Furthermore I called almost 6-7 times before the phone was answered !

  The parking ticket and the parking attendant services is horrendous. Better check the ticket time stamp when entering.
  
  There's once I assisted a friend to collect some documents for insurance claims related, and I went to the PR dept. Spoke to the lady there, her expression is priceless, priceless as in I've owed her a huge sum of money. Totally unfriendly, and unapproachable.
