  Giant has really put some effort in promoting its products during the low seasons. Chargeable parking is good and now I know I will get a near to door step parking for free if I spend RM30 and above.
  Best location for groceries.

  Bought chicken meat here. Only to found out that is smells rotten after opening the package. This is the 2nd consecutive time that the meat purchased is not fresh. Will not come back again

  Big store. Parking is free on weekend but weekdays are chargeable unless you spent some amount then the first 2hours will be waived.
  
  Always managed bought many grocery items here abd some household furniture like chair and table.
  
  Some good promotions. Only confused with different price tags which is common when the staffs could not manage the load.

  Good products layout. Checking out can be a pain during rush hours. 10 items or less lane not usually the fastest cos most time manned by trainees. RM30 or more purchase entitles for a 2 hour free parking. Home brand Uncle Jack maybe an alternative to KFC, but not the same quality.

  Shop at Giant Superstore Bdr Puteri on 12/11 at 17.09hr. Amount spend RM218.35 for4 items. Counter service is really slow. Not busy at that time. I queue behind 3rd customer, my turn at about 28min as the first Cust some query. Cashier no smile and friendly. No apology for delay. Pls improve. No explanation of what 7pcs stamp promotion. Thanks.

  Good for a quick grocery purchase. Nothing much as it is small. There are pizza hut and Kfc on level 1. Good for parents with young kids to enjoy the small playground on level 1.

  Hypermarket. Can buy all yr daily item here. The express counter is slow, even item allowed is 10 item or less. *You can redeem free an hour parking but, the parking experience is bad. They don't have proper time-in n time-out in receipt. So is up to cashier to charge. I park less than an hour, even 2nd hour onwards should be RM1.10, but cashier still force me paid RM2.10. Bad parking systems.

  The hypermarket still have the standard line of products as found in all their stores. As for the retail shops there, it’s really lacking any form of attraction. There only about 10 retailers or less, and the selection of products and services there are poor. So the only reason why you go there are for groceries.

  Good place to get your groceries, but not enough restaurants/eateries. For decent food, you will need to walk out to the shoplots surrounding Giant. Plenty of good food, but you will have to walk.
  
  Plus point is a nice play area for kids. The kiddy rides are free, but some are not functioning.
