  There is only 1 lift and can only occupy small no. of people.
  The escalator for going up and down is not ptactical bcoz we've to walk round on the other side

  Great place. Parking quite easy. Elevator is slow and I wish the escalators weren't so pusing-pusing.

  There has been slight improvements since my last visit to this place. One attraction is the food court where you can get reasonably satisfactory food at good prices too. There is definitely some good eateries here and they should be sufficient to allow you to choose what you want to eat. Apart from the eateries, you can do some window shopping around this mall. Now with the governmental office occupying the top levels of the mall, the place is much livelier and you see more human traffic. This definitely had improved business for the tenants.

  My recent visit here is to the government offices. There's only 1pathetic elevator to serve the whole building. Waiting time took too long to fetch.
  And decided to use escalators. I want to be at level 5 and take me going round to get onto next the level. Have ever thoughts for the elderly? Is this a user friendly lifestyle that we live? Situation is that this is not a popular shopping mall...small in size. If without the occupancy of the government office. Do you think there will be crowd?
  
  Based on the shopping mall scale. Escalators should OPERATES pratical and at conveniences. It's either you turn left/right as we go up/down. Especially, the government sectors are at top level. And I strongly believed that most people mainly come here is to do government errand. Not shopping intention.

  Location is walking distance from City Square JB. It's a niche mall mainly eateries/food court at lower ground floor, Malay boutiques at mid floor, massage shops at upper floor and few mixed retail outlets. There's a Mr DIY and a Kapitan supermarket. An Nur KotaRaya mosque is an adjoining building to the mall. The Putri Pacific Hotel is just 1 building away. Nothing much.

  Shopping Mall with Group of Government Organisation (UTC) like JPJ, Immigration Office, SME Bank and more to serve local citizen needs. Ground floor consist of Food Court, Kenny Rogers, Pizza But and KFC.

  This is a shopping mall, where you can do shopping and pay utility's bill, renew motor & car license, renew passport, birth certificate, ptptn related issue and many more. You can come and see you sell. It is open from 10am until 10pm. Every issue is settle very fast.

  Only came here for utc. It actually good they are many restaurant and shop at the first floor. So you can wait there until your next turn making passport or anything.

  A very attractive place to get foods. It's clean and so many stalls have their own dishes. A variety of foods available such as chicken rice, satay, all kind of noodles, all kind of fruits, thai's foods, etc. The price is quite competetive if compared to other places.

  A place where you have all the government institution here. Where you can settle for the passport, IC , road tax, tax and many more. Also good traditional massage is here.
