No star given to this place but in order to post I have to choose 1 star.
The shop has an incapable & inexperienced staff, yet inconsiderate &sloth-paced, with no concern over customers' inconvenience.
I don't post negative feedback but this is way beyond my tolerance. at least, show some respect and make amends, not ignore and divert the mistake to customer insteadreport this review -
