Wonderful heavenly hill top scenery with cold climate. Suitable for families. Clean and well managed resort apartment at peak of Fraser's resort. Value for money.
The apartment is nice and clean. The view around the resort is awesome.
My family stayed at B5-6-1. We love the view from this room. But, to have this view, you have to climb up to level 6 😂. The room is spacious and clean. Basic kitchen needs were provided.
If you wanted a cool quiet and good security stay with your family without much noise and disturbance on the hill, best mountain view and scenic photography, whereby you can also enjoy the moon and stars at night, this is the place for family retreat but you have to bring your own food to cook to eat otherwise you must know the restaurant and lounge of the resort management is CLOSED and not operating.
Calm, cold, affordable and nice greeny view! Nice for people who love nature, want to relax and need some fresh air! Btw some rooms might be haunted. To management and owners, please make your 90s style hotel into latest style hotel..maintain the price but change the internal looks and repair your cabinet/sinks/windows. Have a new paint for your hotel too! It still looks like from 90s! Move forward!
Note: I've been here twice and last was in 2016.
Good quite place but a lot of bugs. scary ones
Most of these apartment host by Airbnb. Quite place. Suitable for short gateway with friends or family. Short escape for chill weather.
A good place to get away from the rat race. The one bedroom apartment I got was right at the top of the block, and sadly, no lift access AT ALL, which made it a nightmare to transport our luggage and groceries.
Given the cold and damp climate, having the floor carpeted probably seemed like a good idea at the time, but unfortunately, poor (or no!) maintenance means that the carpet was VERY dirty and grimy and DAMP. Suggest you bring throwaway hotel slippers. Apparently, the 2-bedroom apartments don't have carpeting, AND their blocks have lift access.
The little kitchenette was adequate, although the pots and pans were pretty dented and a tad grimy. All the equipment provided looked like cast-offs, but thankfully, they are usable. Good that there was a refrigerator for groceries, as the surrounding area does not have eating places. You'd have to either drive 5 minutes down towards the village, or walk probably 15 minutes to the nearest eating place (some tea-garden place which I didn't go). I suggest you come prepared with groceries and snacks/drinks bought from Kuala Lumpur.
Silverpark is a pretty quiet residential resort with not much facilities. However, this is a great place to relax and get away from the stresses of work. Its quiet, save for the occasional barking from dogs, and if you're lucky, you'll get to hear either the howler monkeys in the mornings, or the gentle hooting of owls at night. Weather is refreshing - a comfortable 23 deg C in the day and drops to maybe 18 at night, if you're lucky.
You'll need to have your own transport to get to Fraser's Hill, and to get around the place, otherwise, if you don't mind walks, you can get around to most of the sights within 30 to 45 minutes on foot, depending on your pace and level of fitness. Enjoy!
Excellent place to take a break from KL life. Weather is usually around the low 20s and great for hiking or just walking. Gets misty often and on clear nights, star gazing.
Old but gold service apartment stay. Was a really nice and cool environment. Will come again to visit.
Lovely place with a great view and very good price
Cosy refurbished unit from Yew (AirBNB) but very old tired overall facility
