As the mall is still under construction, the parking is still free but there weren't many shop open yet. There were only f&b opened so far includinv fast food. So if you are looking for somewhere quiet, this will be a good choice. Parking were confusing as there. There is an ice rink here.

I’m a regular at the rink. The rink is amazing, one of Malaysia’s biggest achievements by far. SEA Games was held here and our Malaysian boys did us proud by winning us a bronze medal in Ice Hockey.

Only thing I wish is that they would expedite the mall’s completion because they are still empty and there are still lots of construction workers around. Not the safest for kids going to the rink.

A new shopping outlet still under construction. There are already shops in operation here. I was there to utilize our Malaysian National Ice Skating Rink facility.

Rented an studio here. Plentiful of apartments to choose. Entry and exit of car park a bit messy. Other than that, not much facilities.

A new building which house the national ice skating rink. The rink is superb used for the last sea games. However the place is yet fully completed and occupied. The parking is aplenty and free. Surrounding the ice rink there are food and fastfood outlets.

Project hasn't fully completed yet. However residents or visitors can go to MYNISS for ice skating or can hangout in some of good eateries opened here.

Was there for the SEA Games 2017 Ice Skating competition. The mall is not fully completed yet. Nothing much in the mall other than the skating ring and F&B outlets. The road accessibility to Mall and parking is pretty pathetic.

Place is still very new and the whole City is still under construction. Choices of restaurants are ok for now. Design still reflects the style of Damansara Performing Arts Centre. Still some potential.

Still under massive construction and not yet ready for its shopping centre, entertainment centre, ice-skating ring or hotels etc. Seriously leaking basement carpark and infested with mosquitoes. Got bitten badly from the moment I step out from my car in basement carpark. Only residential apartments and condos are occupied with people. A lot of work need to be done.

It's the popular city near the The Curve, Empire Damansara and the 1Utama.

The complex is not yet fully completed, with only a handful of buildings occupied. Somehow, Empire City doesn't really have that prestigious feel to it, be it the construction or the ambiance. Let's see if it'll improve as things get completed.

We looked at rooms here to rent. Don't go there. The rooms are small and there are no facilities. The location is poor and access is challenging. Parking is currently free because the building is not fully occupied, but once it is full, say around September 2017, they will surely start charging for parking.

In the rooms themselves, there were so many construction faults from poor quality workmanship, including ill fitting windows and huge cracks in the wall.

The rent for a studio apartment of one (2 x 1/2 spaces) plus small bathroom and tiny kitchen (a few cabinets only) was about RM1,100 per month. However, this is to attract innocent tenants just to fill up the apartments because owners bought apartments thinking they could make a killing, but have been unable to rent out the rooms, so now are accepting low rents just to fill rooms. However, check out the utilities costs carefully as I'm reliably informed that these are astronomical, especially as there are no ceiling fans, only air con units, so electricity costs are HIGH, as is water.

Check out the small print and total costs carefully before you rent here and make sure you are happy with the location, facilities (basically NONE) and everything else. Although the apartments are new, I don not recommend this palce as a good or healthy place to live. When we looked at rooms in October 2016, it was like a ghost town!
