1. Kindly read through the terms and conditions before placing order with us. After received your order or payment, meaning the buyer agreed to all our terms and conditions.

2. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss occurs during delivery or shipping.

3. Tracking number will be provided to you after we posted out the parcel.

4. Once the dispatch confirmation is sent to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).

5. Goods sold are not refundable, returnable, or exchangeable.

6. If the goods are out of stock, we will notify you and provide refund or you may choose another goods to replace (optional) if payment had been made.

7. Your pre order will be included into our order once we confirmed your payment has been transferred to our bank account. Please do inform us after payment made.
• For ATM TRANSFER / CASH DEPOSIT – Please attach us your transaction record slip.
• For ONLINE TRANSFER - Please print screen or snap photo on the screen and forward to us.
• Our account number and amount transferred must be stated on the slip and screen shoot.

(Please pay within two days after submitted your order)

8. All the goods will be checked before packing and shipping out.

9. We take the measurements as accurately as possible. However, please allow 1 – 3 CM differences from the stated measurement. In addition, the color of each batch of goods may have a differential of the other. Not encourage order from buyer who cares on little colour differentials from model picture shown.

10. All items price do not include postage fee.

11. The colour of products may be different from the photos due to lighting, camera settings, computer or hand phone resolution and other factors, the final color to the actual goods shall prevail.

12. Pre order period of each batch of goods and estimation date of goods reaching to your door step will be informed before you making payment. Urgent orders are not encouraged.

7. 所有的預購將會被納入訂單內，一旦您的付款數額已確認轉入了我們的戶口。任何已付款的商品，請提供有關我們銀行戶口賬號的交易記錄單據。(需在下單后的兩天之內匯款）

8. 所有的商品將會被檢查后才包裝發貨出去。

9. 因手工測量平鋪尺寸可能與實際尺寸之間存在1-3CM的微差，所有提供的尺寸僅供參考。具體選擇什么尺寸，需要您們自行決定。除此之外，每批貨品的顏色可能具有微差之別，敬請買家知曉并諒解。如果不能接受稍微色差的請慎購。

10. 所有的商品價格不包括邮寄费。

11. 由于面料感光程度，顯示器設置等因素，可能會導致圖片有輕微的色差，最終顏色請以實際商品為準。

12. 每一批的商品預購截止日期和到達您家門口的估計日期將在您還未付款前通知。不接緊急訂單。
