  Terrible service. Not welcoming at all and could not be slower in taking our order or delivering the food. I was not impressed by cleanliness and once we got the food we had to wait a while for the utensils

  Very poor service, couldn't even get a glass of tap water with my ice cream.
  Iced chocolate served all dripping along the glass.
  Ordered an espresso coffee and got a double shot all watery and one of the worse coffee I had for a long time.
  I do not recommend this place at all.

  Very poor and slow service.
  
  Appetizers and drinks came with the main course. The staff are busy joking with each other’s and not working.
  
  Our food came and no cover was served and we had to wait again. The food was also cold.

  Feel sorry for the owner / management who hired a bunch of incapable people.
  
  For other shoppers, if you are tired just pop by Dome to relax. You are not obliged to order anything due literally zero service. Bravo to Dome who supports free seating in KLCC

  Service is slow despite 5-6 wait staff loitering around and cafe is only half full. None of them interested with their job. Even waited 10 minutes for the bill that never came. Ended just going up to the cashier to pay there. Another problem is many of the staff cannot communicate in english or malay properly. If only I have read the reviews before dining here!!

  Waited 1 hour for my food only for them to tell me the order was not placed. Waiter had the audacity to tell me to wait another 20 mins for a new order. Staff are not friendly and unprofessional. 2nd time I'm here to give them a chance but no more. For the price I'm paying, I'd rather eat somewhere else. Avoid this branch if you're ever visiting. Other dome branches are ok.

  The service is not good, waiters are not keen to serve. The food taste is average. I think the hygiene level needs to be improved, I saw few flies were flying non-stop.

  Chose this as a picturesque destination for our final meal in KL...what a mistake. The service here is nothing short of terrible, the staff are disinterested, and customer service seems alien to them. They are more inclined to chat amongst themselves and even play with their mobile phones, oblivious to the waiting customers around them. The food we ordered took nearly 40 minutes to arrive. The quality of the food was very poor, no attention to detail and poorly presented. The final straw however was that both meals were stone cold and had obviously been sat around for a long time. Initially the staff were unconcerned that the food was cold, however further complaining led to the Manager attending, being extremely apologetic and taking the items off the bill. This was all well and good, but the location and prices here indicated that this was a premier eatery, sadly its anything but.

  Service is really poor. After an hour 15min I get this cold sunny side up with dried bread. Your service was far better before it expanded. When it was still inside KLCC. Now it's terrible

  Service leaves a lot to be desired. Menu is not extensive at all. Coffee is the best part of this place in my opinion and the location of course.

  Atrociously s-l-o-w service, and the pancakes we ordered for our kids came out cold, dry and stiff as cardboard. Suggest you avoid at all costs.
