  I remembered clearly the lady in charged called me (from Sri petaling branch) after I left my number in the fb chat and she told me full grooming costs me rm68 for my toy poodle. When I arrived, she said she remembered calling me but she never said the price is rm68. The price is fixed at rm120 for full grooming. And they way she said it was so defensive and sounded like she's accusing me of lying. I was taken aback with her response too and my bf was so pissed off with her character and wanted to slap her but I stopped him, of course!!! I was desperate for my puppy to be groomed, so I still let the shop do it. Honestly, the workmanship is good. But the attitude of the lady at the front cashier, is terrible.

  Bodoh punya cina! Lu boleh pegi mati lah pompuan bodoh! Berdiri, becakap je dgn customer cina kau! Sial! Aku nak beli barang, aku tanya kau, kau suruh aku tunggu sebab kau tgh cakap and kau cakap jangan kacau conversation kau! Pukimak lah lu cina betina rambut pendek! Dah la buruk, perangai pun mcm sial! Ingat aku melayu masuk takde duit??? Helooo aku bawak cash 2k nal beli barang! Tapi kalau dah perangai mcm sial mmg aku sumpah kau betina!! Go to hell with your business!! Binatang dalam kedai kau pun menyesal ada betina mcm kau!

  Never wanna go back to Doggie Doggie. Visited few times and suspected they hurt my pet during grooming. Everytime I found some small cuts at the ears, paws and anal area. I even heard other dogs screaming during their grooming when I last picked up my pet after he done his grooming.

  The groomer was good, but their price keep changing from time to time without notice. They never give us a list of price for their grooming service. Please ask fo the price before you let them groom your pet.
