  My car window was break when parking at there . Time between 11am to 7pm 15/3/19. When i asking the security, they ask me refer to customer care. On that time customer care just available at emergency counter, that girl tell me wait until tomorrow refer to normal counter customer care and 'Sure' our manager will call you. Then this morning i go to ask again, they say manager not yet investigate and need wait until monday. What is the services, push here push there. I just need they give me conclusion and action taken. Management can refer to their record.

  Pls avoid,the doctors on emergency sometimes not competent but they will run all tests and finally don’t diagnose properly $$$$.then give cough syrup and send people off.
  Couple of times I have taken my kids to SJMC next day I get the remedy.

  I am very pleased with the excellent care from the staff during my surgery. Unfortunately I can’t remember the many names but everyone during my stay (15-16 Jan 2019) has been just fantastic! Dr Harjeet Singh and Dr Paul Pandian are true professionals, always with words of comfort and assurance before and post surgery. I have been to a number of private hospitals since my return to Malaysia and Columbia Asia Bukit Rimau is a stand-out and simply a class act. Kudos to the team for the passion in making people better.

  Clean and spacious waiting area. Very convenient for people staying around this area. Hospital is well kept and staff are generally ok. Come early before 8am will be less crowded. Limited parking space in front of hospital.

  My mother in law was admitted here. Surprisingly very reasonable fees. The doctors are transparent with the charges. They informed us earlier about the charges. We are satisfied with the services and consultation. I recommended for others to come here.

  I Was delivering in this hospital under Dr.Rama. Initially, Dr Rama was not my gynae but my doc was away for holiday when my baby choosed to come out early. So I appointed Dr . RAMA to be my c section surgeon . I Was worried and nervous because I never meet him before. However , I would say Dr Rama is a very skillful , professional and patience doctor . He comforted my nervous and show his care to patients . After discharge , he gave his number for me to text him if I have any questions regarding the scars or baby issues. Overall, I would recommend Dr Rama if u r looking for a experience & patience gynae.

  appointment at 2pm... i ask how many patient b4 make the appointment, they told me that day only 1 patient.
  
  who knows I've been waiting for 3 hours also haven't reach my turn...
  i asked nurse is it doctor very busy, if so i make another day of appointment. She answered "SEKEJAP SAJA" "SUDAH MAU SAMPAI UR TURN"
  WELL, the "SEKEJAP" = 1 HOUR ++++
  
  then those "NEW" patient, who came late than me, appointment time also late than me CAN SEE 1ST? I ALREADY TOLD THE DOCTOR I CAME 1ST... DOCTOR SAID LOTS PPL
  
  BAD TIME MANAGING! really WASTING MY TIME!
  I SHOULD listened to my friends choose SJMC OR SUNWAY MEDICAL CENTER!
  
  pls don't come if you're very sick...

  I had the privilege of being a patient of Dr.Rama Krishna. Being newly pregnant, i went through so many obgyn, was left with uncertainty and was quite confused. Did my research and saw a review on Dr. Rama so we decided to meet him. The best decision we've ever made!
  
  A big thank you to Dr. Rama and his nurse Teeba for the genuine warmth, care and concern. Whenever we had a problem or we were unsure about something, we could just messaged them to ask for advice. On the week before i delivered, Dr. Rama sat down for an hour letting us ask random questions and he answered us patiently. He supported my mode of delivery and assured me that it was going to be okay. On the day of delivery, he came to meet me in my room to assure me everything was going to be alright and even in the OT he was very comforting and encouraging too. Even after delivery, he was very concerned over my well being too as he'd probably dealt with a lot of new mums who are overwhelmed with the new experience. My experience with both Dr.Rama and Teeba was just like home. Thank you for keeping both my baby and I safe through out the months. Without a doubt, the best doctor and nurse I've ever met.

  Good facilities with efficient front line staff. Caring doctors who provide detailed consultation and excellent treatment. It has always been a reassuring experience coming here seeking specialist medical advice. Many thanks to Dr Dharmendran, Dr Saiful, Dr Wong, Dr Loo and Dr Cheah for the wonderful care given to me and my family for the past 6 years.

  India jignesh barot-Last 120 days of my life in hospital.{Pain, reports, doctors, nurses, 12 kgs weight loss,sleepless nights, ICU, o2 masks,medicines,injections , bottles, 5 surgeries, ECRP, MRCP, hida scan, usg,scan reports, 8 lines in body, bile drainage in body ( for 4 months)...etc...}
  
  ##One good doctor can save your life & one over smart doctor can lead you till the death##
  
  ##29th Dec 16... went for cholecystectomy( gallbladder removal)#Colombia Asia , ahmedabad #well known dr.manish khaitan and team{dr. Ridhdhish gadani, dr.sanjay rajpoot, dr.Milan zolpara and dr.Wasim}.They cut my bile duct during surgery # surgical complications# After 105 days they are not able to solve bile leakage which is draining 400 ml bile.they don't have proper plan and action for my bile leakage issue. Dr. Sanjay rajpoot dropped stent even after CBD completely cut, already he has done one failure try of ERCP. Still they want to making money from me and want to put more stent inside me and want to change it by every month with different sizes.They were simply spending my time in hospital with wrong promises and making millions of money. (Almost 3 & half months).
  
  ##shifted to Global hospitals, mumbai by brother's efforts.Within short time dr Ravi mohanka and team {dr.Prashant Rao, dr. Chatopadhyay, dr.chobey, dr. Sunil , dr. Gaurang and dr. Vaibhav}did hepatico - jejunostomy and I am fine and comfortable now. Discharged today from hospital.Thx doctors for lovely work###( sametime poor dr. Khaitan suggested me to wait more 30 days to increase my bilirubin till 15-22 and increase size of bile duct to 1 cm from 0.6 mm for surgery.) he doesn't know after such complications I require HPB surgeons.
  
  @@ it is almost new life for me after 120 days { after all pain, physical , social and mental stresses..!!}

  very very bad service. very strong Tak Mengapa attitude eventhough they are the one that made mistake.
  they will push blame back to patients.
  when problem arise, floor staffs cant solve, HOD refuse to come out and settle problems. Refuse to see patient face-to-face. they will only call after a few days. but yet, the 'management' that call will put the blame back to patients.
  if medical examination under Corporate, please get HR to come out with a details list of what is included in your package and pass the list to the staffs when register yourself.
  they will have the intention to confuse Corporate package and they existing package with some wording used. but when come to billing, they will billed for test that they didnt carry out.

  My son received excellent care here under Dr Darma for a punctured lung problem. All staff are good too. I did my check-up here, also very satisfied with their great service. Overall, although a small hospital but patients are treated well.
