  A hotel situated directly opposite the famous seafood stalls which open at night and another stall for breakfast and lunch. This could be the one stop hotel for seafood lovers to Tawau.
  
  The hotel is well maintained and service is up to expectation. The good location also allows to easy moving around within the town itself or out. Although no private parking is provided but ample of parking lots are available around the hotel. Park at your own risk though.
  
  It is value for money staying in this hotel.

  Great location, near Kam Ling Seafood Restaurant. Clean and new. Service is meh but overall a great value hotel, affordable and comfortable.

  Awesome. Just Awesome. Very comfortable beds, Warm showers, The cleaning service makes your room shine like stars, The most fastest Wifi in Malaysia,If you cross the road you can find a very Tasty Seafood restaurant and free television when you are waiting. Bravo, City Garden Hotel! Keep on

  Best hotel to stay in ! It has the fastest internet in a Malaysia Hotel I have ever stayed with . Love it's hot water bath's and with this 30 over HD TV channel . And it has the best seafood restaurant is just cross the road . Surprisingly it's wifi can still reach the seafood restaurant !! Best stayed in Tawau hotel ever.
