Love all their biscuits! The famous pork floss lotus paste is a must try since its quite special. The local biscuits like the wife biscuits is pretty good and the hap tao so is my favourite. You won't regret buying from them!
Products are generally good but service is lacking. Basically it's a place for you to grab and go. It seems like the owner of this place is getting complacent about their business.
Most of the pastries are good. The famous one is lotus paste with meat floss biscuit, they are the original creator. Good place to get your sourvenir (pastries) from here when you visit ipoh.
Biscuits are very nice. Very traditional. Taste reminds me of childhood.
Biscuit provided is nice and delicious. There left few parking during peak hours best to park your car other side and walk to the store. In between can also taste since local food
It's a definite thing to stop by this biscuit store when you're in Ipoh. There is a good selection of different cookies that are baked fresh daily. Makes for perfect gifts for friends.
Pricy mooncakes. I bought different types of mooncakes from this place. I usually like to go there to buy the meat floss with yolk and their heong peng. This time I tried their mooncake. As usual, mooncakes are expensive once a year. The prices here are equally expensive compared with those with nice boxes and famous brands. I guess people come here for its traditional teochew mooncake and bbq meat mooncake which are unique and not too bad. However, with this expensive prices, they should improve boxes too !
Was never a fan of biscuits but the meat floss biscuits at Ching Han Guan took my heart away. there are many flavours to choose from but the salted egg yolk flavour is to die for. Drop by Ching Han Guan the next time you're at IPOH and i guarantee you're in for a treat!
This is a must go when you are in Ipoh! My personal favourite - tau sa piah & meat floss Lotus paste with salted egg! Yummy!!
A nice place to buy local biscuit. Must visit.
best pastry i have ever tried. but sold out fast. come early to avoid disappointment. i guess the owner wanted to maintained the food quality, so no additional production despite high demand
The owners are super friendly and talkative and helpful. They explain the biscuits and were kind enough to open a packet so that I could buy an individual one. To be clear, the main attraction here are the boxed biscuits with meat, not the plastic-packaged one on the shelves or the island.
