Better even don't think about it. Worst hotel in KL. No security, no room service, too much noise, too dirty, no windows or no air ventilation system, bad smell everywhere, what should I tell more. Wifi is okay, provide free breakfast, so cheap.
Same place before hotel but now guesthouse
Affordable, almost clean environment.
Vile, filthy rooms and incompetent, lying staff. Destroyed my laundry then lied through their teeth to avoid paying for it. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!
Stayed here for 6 nights only because they made me pay the entire stay up front.
Cons: The place was generally dingy and dirty, sheets and blanket were not clean when we arrived, Aircon dripped on our heads, the included "breakfast" was tea/coffee and white bread with jam and butter, laundry service took longer than they said and it seems like they didn't use soap, the TV only has 5 channels (the only one in English being Fox Movies) and no remote, internet wouldn't work on my floor for a couple days, and you have to ask for everything from towels to toilet paper, even if you have them clean the room.
Pros: Staff were friendly if not always helpful, Booking the room in person allowed me to haggle down the price which was already decent for KL, located between Little India and Chinatown, Better looking than a few other places in the same price point and area, internet was really fast once I reset the router myself (after having the staff tell me it was fine) and could connect.
Tips: Haggle, ask to see multiple rooms, check the location of the plugs and if they work, test the bed because some were better than others and don't be right next to the bathroom/showers because they can be loud, but I also wouldn't be near the entry area from the elevator if possible. I didn't really trust leaving my stuff here, but that's my personal opinion--nothing was stolen.
Not planning on coming back--I'd rather try my luck somewhere else.
arrived early hours and was put into s small room where the plug sockets didnt even work. the air con dripped on us while sleeping and had to move the next day to a better room but with poor air con. still good for the price though in KL.
