Service is slow even though the queue is short. Some staff are lingering around but not serving any customer. When my turn is called the service was satisfactory
A good place 2go2 for celcom services with a bit of patience d friendly staff will serve u well n full of knowledge but definitely room for much improvement
We went here after disappointed with other celcom outlet that the smartphone already run out of stock. To our suprise, we were hugely impressed with their staff, Ms Syuhada for her kindness and willingness to assist on recontract and latest offer. This is the exact kind of officer that should be at front liner. Definitely will revisit.

All was good but maybe can help to improve on below issues:-
1. Called multiple times, but no response.
2. When there after lunch hour, short of staff members to support the customers
Absolutely the best customer service experience ever for me. The staffs were very helpful down to the security guard. Knows what they are talking about and can at least guide you to the right channel to speak to. That's the security guard. As for the customer service personnel, I have had experience with 3 of them, all were giving great service, feedback and follow up. It is true that none of the bluecube service outlets have phone number to call (you will have to personally visit them). However, unless it is general information that is already available on website, the rests of the things will need to be physically there to execute. Hence, if you think about it, no point bothering about calling (change number, change provider, subscribing, unsubscribing and etc.) Just go there. You will be greeted with friendly staffs, nice sofas, and a conducive environment filled with everything you need to know. I also visit Bluecube Publika, though service is great there too but I personally applaud the follow up service by the TTDI team. Even answer messages after hours (lucky enough to be given a private cell phone number to check status). Well done! Thanks again for your courtesy.

Has probably the worse customer service. No phone number available. Was told that they will get back to me within a week, but I had to come back 3 times within 4 months just because there was no update or even a courtesy call. At the end of 3 months they told me there was nothing they could do. A waste of my time, as I had to queue every single time.
If no one pick up the phone, please do not publish the number in public. Useless!!!

I've always gotten good service here. The staff are friendly and I have been exceptionally fortunate not to have experienced long wait times. Only issue is that parking can be limited due to its location.

Make sure you do speak Bahasa Malaysia enter to Taman Tun blue cube, beside this stuff is friendly.
Conveniently located to serve the local community. Has to find a proper parking before deciding to pay one's handphone bills.
