  Happy and Not happy. Happy because you can get the things you want. Not happy because i saw online the price RM81.00 was less, but when I go there they told me to pay the item price RM 89.60. When I asked they said online got discount , if buy at shop directly no discount. 🤔. Other place I just show the online discount price and I just pay as it. Need to improve. The staff foreign is not helping, when i show them the picture, and asked to them to assist but they just ask me to go lorong 12 and search one self. When I search it was different department tools. Then I have to come in front to asked other Malaysian staff to help, and then he showed the right place. Other wise all fine. You can get a good quality tools there.

  One-stop 'HeaVeN' hardware store for any MR Do-It-Urself person . All sort of hardware stuffs & tools are usually available ere...kudos to the staffs who are very helpful and knowledgeable too...

  Hypermarket for hardware and powertools but no price tag for diy enthusiasts. Imagine you wanna buy 5kg vice and compare the price of different brand........

  This place does have a decent selection of tools and hardware. Pricing is not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive.
  
  Most of the the staff do try to help you as best they can, but beware, as advice they give may not be correct all the time. They are trying to sell you more stuff, remember?
  
  Which brings me to why I rated this place 3 stars. When buying HDPE pipe, the staff insisted that what they had for me was correct. And being in a rush trying to beat the traffic jam, I didn't check before I left. Buying 5 m and 3 m of pipe turned out to be 4.8 m and 2.5 m only. And the 20 mm pipe did not have SIRIM certification too.
  
  Now, I'm sure that when I go back and complain, they'll get me the correct items and lengths. But no one is going to reimburse me for my time and trouble, and that is where you have to be careful. Sure, they have a 7 day exchange policy, but if you buy the wrong thing based on the staff's advice, you have to make an additional trip to make that exchange.
  
  TL;DR. A good enough store, but know what you want to buy, check everything and don't trust advice you get in store.

  The owners and most of it's staff are rude and do not appreciate the customers. They don't welcome their customers and expect the customers in return to be grateful that they are there. The owner ( I believe the son) is the rudest of them all and a very cocky one at that. They even treat their staffs like their slaves.
