I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE RATE IF GOT. Today I went to CIMB INANAM. I would like to lodge complaint and express my disapointment about the service regarding (opening account) at CIMB BANK. I came at 12 o'clock and they ask me to come back at 2pm and I arrived at CIMB INANAM at 2pm and they rejected me and ask me to wait until 3PM+ again. SHOULD I MAKE APPOINTMENT TO OPEN ACCOUNT AT CIMB BANK? I really can't accept this kind of attitude. I saw there are many staff over there and none of their can serve me right? PLEASE GIVE BETTER SERVICE IN FUTURE. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
