Terrible,terrible,terrible! Join the kawa kawa half-day tour, was told to wait in the hotel lobby at 14:30, came at 16:00. Then the car broked on the way to kawa kawa. Was stranded on the highway until 19:30. Ended up going nowhere and having no refunds.

During trip to Manukan& Mamutik, my family was left at the Mamutik island such that during time of departure to Manukan Island at 2pm but no boat was anywhere to be found. They were there at Jetty as early as 1.50 pm. Calls ware made to En Omar (your staff) stationed at mamutik which he initially answered and then he switched off his phone not answering any call. We were lucky to get some help from another tour operator which happen to be at the island helping us make calls to ticketing office at Jesselton Jetty. My family was left to wait for more than an hour before the next boat arrived with ridiculous reasons. This is the worse trip experience and showed irresponsible conduct by your staff.
