  I seriously wonder about that one 5 star review !
  My car arrived 40 minutes late and I was already thinking 10am was a bit late to head to Sandakan. I was a bit shocked with the state of the car. The obvious thing was there was no button on the radio. It was too late to hand it back though as I was late enough already.
  My next set back was when I noticed there was no fuel in the car - fortunately i noticed on time but it took me a while to find the release button for the fuel cap (now I was running even later!)
  As I crawled up the hill behind endless trucks my feet started to get very cold. The AC was blowing down as well as at me despite the fact I had it on the right setting. Eventually I just put my socks on.
  When I came to put the windscreen washer on I discovered that there was no water in the system! Fortunately it started to rain but that's when I found out the wipers weren't up to the job anyway.
  The window handle fell off when I tried to heat up the car by lowering the window.
  Next day I noticed two of the tyres were half flat - this partly explained the cars performance issues.
  The final straw was when I had to use my t shirt to get rid of condensation because the AC was now blowing up at the windscreen. It was night and it was way too dangerous.
  Quite amazing really!
  They did eventually refund my unused days rental but a trip ruined by an incompetent company
