Clean rooms. Wifi at lobby. Food easily available. Breakfast at the market in front of hotel. Easy and close access to eateries.

We paid so much for so few services, beds were not clean, actually the room wasn't clean. No wifi on the fourth floor.
At least staff was nice to us.
The terrace is okay but they should check their electric installation, it is not okay for electricity to go down more than once in three days.
No breakfast, whereas for the price you could have though it was going to be brought to your bed
Still, good location in tanah rata, not too far from taxis, buses and restaurant, and just next to the jungle bar (the only place worth it in this city)

bad customer service. no refund if check out earlier, and still need to pay full amount if check out earlier. no wifi at the top floor. tv in bad signal. out of breath when reaching 4th floor. room is hot, proper aircirculation. not recommended. 👎👎👎

There are budget hotels similiar to this hotel size, yet the rates are not economical and also not worth the experience. There are no air con or fan, but the rate does not get adjusted to that. There is not even an elevator for a 4-floor building. And most importantly, they dont provide buffet for breakfast. Customers should seriously consider the worthiness of the rates in this hotel.

Good hotel, superior room RM82.50 but without parking security, its just road side parking, too many stairs, not accessible to wheel chair, no lift, no air-conditioning or fan

Our bedding was dirty and we found a finger/toenail in the bed. One of our towels was clean and white and the other was stained brown. The shower is cold, and that is with the heat turned on.

Cheap hotel. Staff is very friendly. No elevator but that's not really a big problem. Wi-Fi is bad and the internet very slow.
