  He fixed my bike up really well, including correcting a few damages that were caused by the manufacturer in the shipping process.

  Sent my specialised swork enduro sl for repaint on 02 Sep 2017.
  Seller quote rm1500 for paint the frame and fork with assembly dissembly, and fix the bolt on bottle cage. I agreed and paid rm500 deposit on the spot, and mentioned I will collect on 17 OCT, which is 1month period.
  he said ok.
  I told him all the requirements I want, included all design and details,
  he said ok, without writing down on paper.
  
  He contact me on 18 Sep {2 weeks later} to ask me again design,
  I repeat my requirements in WhatsApp with picture sample,
  and I emphasise I want all inner triangle with gloss black.
  I ask for illustration before start work, but he did not reply.
  
  On the 10 Oct, which is 1 week before collection, I contact him again to check the progress,
  but he said wait for finishing (haven’t done yet?!)
  and I reminded him put on the race shield on nessesary part,
  he said ok.
  
  On the collection date, I was so disappointed with the outcome.
  He just paint it with swork wording, specialised logo on head tube, and gloss black on small triangle.
  He didn’t paint back the model “Enduro SL” on frame,
  He didn’t paint gloss back on big triangle,
  He didn’t paint back the fork wording “revelation XX”
  He didn’t paint back specialised logo behind seat tube.
  No race shield on it,
  My KS LEV dropper seatpost cap is lost.
  Paint is rough, and some “water drop” mark can seen on frame, feel like paint job done under rush work.
  
  I was expect take and go that day, but still have to wait him to paste a small piece of race shield on BB,
  and I ready to go BUKIT KIARA with Friend.
  I paid full amount for him and didn’t receive any invoice or receipt.
  
  Contact him for asking the custom sticker for missing wording, he said he don’t have size of wording, can not do for me , and ask me sent back to him (I stay at Johor) ask me to choose.
  I provide the size of wording for him, he said he will mail in that week.
  2 weeks passed, I didn’t receive any decal from him,
  and I contact him again.
  
  He said he will send out that week.
  
  2 weeks passed, I still haven’t receive anything,
  So I decide to share my experience here about this workshop.
