The staff at the shuttle service are helpful, the timing of their shuttle service is efficient. Breakfast ballroom nicely arranged n the staffs are helpful and efficient. Overall its thumbs up for them.

Great view. Fantastic new rooms. Smoke detector light flashes really bright. Location not the most convenient but there's free shuttle and great parking. Breakfast is also very generous.

I just love this place. New hotel with good accommodation and view. The food is great and the room is nice. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Will definitely come here again.

The experience was amazing. We loved the stay. They need to stock up the kitchen with dishes and have a heater in the room. It tends to get cold at Genting so you would like to keep warm. Also the pool area is fun so everyone gets to enjoy it

Whatever people said here is not true anymore. Hotel service was really good. Location is also very nice. The chef makes best chocolate mousse cake ever. Ya, construction is going on and will take more 2 years to complete but it really don't bother you staying peacefully and enjoying good view.

Room is nicebut there are construction going on near East block. Shower water pressure can be improve further as the pressure is low. Restaurants at rooftop are nice and heated pool awesome
Breakfast spread very good. I m impressed by this lady cooking omelette 3pcs at 1 go in a standard size pangood job. Staffs at Kembali restaurant are very well trained n efficientbravo. no sour face noted.report this review -

My family wanted to give me one of the best birthday day. After going through many reviews on this hotel, how good the rooms was, how great the breakfast was, my children paid for two night at the two bedroom suite so we could enjoy the said facilities in this hotel. Our verdict - our room heater rained hot then cold water which is a hassle to bath, the heating seems haywire. The heated pool was ok if there's no crowd, but when there is, the water condition from good changes to bad even though some guest were told to leave when they jump in fully clothed. This we appreciate the actions by the pool staff. We ordered food from the pool, it was disgustingly presented to us in boxes, doesn't reflex any sort of a five star rating hotel. Then the breakfast, other then a spicy chicken dish and the sausages, there's no other meat on the menu. Overall, it's over rated. Truly disappointed!

The rooms are spacious and the furniture & fittings are good.
Their breakfast offer a wide range of food.
The facilities are in good condition, just that many facilities are still not ready.
Our staffs enjoyed the stay. Consider the price we have paid, we may expect more.report this review -

New hotel in Genting and it is very good for family outings. The rooms are initial being planned to be condominium but later switch to be a hotel. There are also shuttle bus to the main genting building till 11pm in the night so no worries to travel to and fro.

This is a new hotel in Genting Highland. We booked for 2 bedroom suite apartment. The moment we enter the room, we got surprised by the interior space and design of the premises. Very spacious and comfortable. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen, dining area, living hall, 2 bedrooms and each room is attached to a bathroom. If you are coming in a family of 4, this place is definitely suitable for you.
Driving distance to First World and Genting Sky Avenue Mall is 15 minutes from here. If you don't wish to drive, just proceed to the concierge to reserve your seat on free shuttle van to pick up and drop off to Genting First World according to the schedule of the day.
Overall, we are satisfy with our stay here.report this review -

A place with great potential once fully finished. Approx 10 minutes drive from the main Genting resorts. Overall good, with friendly staff, good food and facilities. The Wifi needs to be better though. Part of the hotel is still being constructed so can be a bit noisy sometimes. Would be happy to re-visit.

A very new hotel still being constructed. The design is nice but construction quality and finish is not well executed. The views are great and food quite good. But the noise can be annoying.
The car park can lead directly to the room floors which is very convenient I you are on the east wing third floor.
The restaurant and pool are on the top floor. The pool is a heated salt water pool.report this review -

Still under construction, all staff very helpful and do their best to help us. 2 thumbs up for them. But for cleanness factor, they have to improve it. I saw spider web on corner, crumbs under couch and dirty kettle.
