The worst services ever...already paid for hire purchase but their system showed i does'nt paid for 3months and they asking money from me...i have proof of payment

We have to wait ridiculously long periods of time (50 minutes waiting time) eventhough there are only 3 customer.

Ok..bank bsn ni yg terbesar n tinggi kat kk.masalah kawasan ni..dari jln besar..untuk masuk terlalu susah..sentiasa jem..dkt bahagian luar bnk ada car park yg terhad.ada security ..p/bantuan24hr..tp time mlm tempat ni sunyi..berhati_hati bila mau berurusan pd mesin autoteller..jgn sorg2...bahaya..sbb tepi jln utama.punyalah lembab servis bank bsn ni.......dh la kuanter urusan wang n cek mau 1 jam tunggu..polis bantuan..tgk org mcm org salah.....pikir org nk g urusan bank ni semua jht..kmi ada duit la g bnk...gaji knu kmi yg byr....tgk mcm x puas hati...time mlm p/bantuan bkn kt mesin autoteller sibuk kt belakang..x safety lgsung time ambil duit.kasi tukar je
