Sarjan was always slow. Prepare at least two hours if you need to report for traffic accident.

Super slow in service and not efficient. Went here to lodge police report for car accident, waited for 1.5H still cannot meet sarjan although no one waiting here.

If there are negative star. I will rate -10000 star. We citizen are come for help, they just will push the responsibility as far as they could. There are 2 summon under my NRIC but not my car. The police refuse to help me check and told me the process will take at least half year. Ask me just pay the summon. What the....

This government place suppose to help citizen and people, but I see it full of corruption, facing this Sarjan is my nightmare, if you refuse use his recommended workshop panel, he will keep giving trouble by holding the document. Even giving number calling him also just give lazy solution. Now over a month and my document still not complete to collect.

Very difficult to pay samman I go 2 time also system down, staff no helpful , all polis want money only , don't want working..Now I very scare see polis. Every time meet them , they want money only.

It is so freaking difficult to pay summons. I can’t pay it online, can’t pay using the mb atm (the system is under maintainance), the trafic counter near my place is also closed (under maintance). I called nobody picks up. Worst service everr.

I was meeting up with the sarjan in her room and the room was super full of cigarette smoke smell!!! Outside the counter there also can smell the smoke. Make ppl very sick waiting there. There is also a big cat walking and sleeping on the waiting seat. Make me feel like the chair is very dirty.

Mixed review cos i was disappointed by the fact that the Sargent was not helpful, rude and didn't want to communicate with me in English as i can't speak malay. However, the person manning the payment booth for the report was the exact opposite.
