am waiting for 2 hours for the service, plz upgrade to be good, put more staff or whatever dont let ur customer to waste their time like this

Very slow and lousy service. Waited almost 2 hrs and i giveup. Dont visit here wasting your time. The staffs are doing their job super slow. Customer experience totally out, 1 customer can take up to 1 hour to handle. Highly not recommended unless you have plenty of time to spare then go ahead, but frankly avoid this branch at all cost.

AR-RAHNU got excellent and very good officers. I came to settle my remaining balance after my gold sold. about 5 minit, my settlement letter done. Thank you and your officers are doing great job.
