    Since there is no 0 star , the least score I can put is 1 star.
    If u are a traveller whom is contemplating between airport limo or grab/uber, pls choose the latter.
    The quality has totally gone down the drain. Next time before taking any services, we are going to check the google score first. The average score is so low for a reason.
    Services that was once a premier/ prestige has become such a let down and such a screwed up.
    Our trip was disastrous , paying more than RM100 to get back home in KL was as if in a sauna limo. The car condition was very bad, despite it being a waja, the aircon was emitted hot-con, the sides of the car was peeling off, the car driver uses roads with jams which delayed the whole travel even more as I think he is trying to save on the toll to maximise his profits.

    Disastrous experience.

    Managed in a cheapskate way now

    Should not call yourself airport limo as the services level definitely tarnished the meaning of 'limo'

    Unfortunately there is no zero star rating. The service has gone down the dumps. Booked a family van to the airport on 31/1/18. It didn't show up. Whilst the hotline did answer my calls, they couldn't provide me with a solution. They just casually told me, "Driver not picking up his phone. Nothing we can do". Totally irresponsible.

    Service is not professional. The driver make our cel phone dropped into his car by misplacing one of our bag. When we called the company, they were not able to identify the driver since they are not tracking the driver. We called the lost and found departement, who to shut the conversation down say that they will to call us back. 4 hrs later we called back since no news and we found out that they were not going to help. We had to go back to the airport and go to the police for them to identify the cab number. We then went to the counter to organize the phone pick up at the airport. The following day, the driver showed up at our condominium and requested 50 RM to give back the phone. we considered it as extortion.

    Lost a luggage. Customer Service and Resolution Excellence (CARE), Complaint Department, Duty Officer are all no help. Lost and Found has a large file of lost items report . Be Extra Careful.

    Used it from Klia to downtown Kul. Good experience. Basic car, no luxury.. but brings you from A to B.

    Worst airport transfer service ever.

    My client waited for 90 mins at the Airport Limo (M) Sdn Bhd - KLIA Airport Transfer counter for her car where the arrangement has already been send to CSR department 2 days ago.

    Yet after so many calls to different people to ensure my next client would be fine. Still! My client needs to wait and ALM claimed that flight time is PM whereas my email stated clearly it was AM!

    Any event organizer out there, avoid this company at all cost even they are just slightly cheaper than the rest. What you get is headaches and a lot of unnecessary calls just to remind them about your own client pick up.

    Like a previous reviewer , I lost something in a taxi and their contact information is pretty much useless . The service itself was ok. The cars should be a bit cleaner . Overpriced for what they give you

    I lost my phone while i was in there service. After I tried several time to call them and send emails to them no one came to help me.. Even no one pick the phone.. My hotel staff try their best that company never answer... Never seen this type of taxi company in my life.. My tour in Malaysia was worst because of them....

    Good service but the prices are on the high side due to a limo monopoly.
