  Worst hotel I've ever stayed. Broken and non-closed toilet door, perforated ceiling and broken floor ..

  It is a budget hotel. It is comfy enough for 2 adult 2 children and 1 infant to spend a night here. Near to 7 eleven and restaurants.

  I even dont know why there is one Sart for this Property.
  
  I stayed here for 2 weeks as I dont have other option n New to Malaysia. Few of Experiences and Better Alternative for you guys
  
  1) They Dont know the defination of Cleanness, I Became a Cockroach Killer being staying here..
  2) Staff Don't know even basic english & I was a expat who didn't know local language , It took 1 hour for me to Checked in even it was pre Booked from my office..
  3) As I said above stuff is very poor in english in day to day things it was a challange.
  4) No Kitchen but u have pantly of food options outside so no need to worry on this
  
  So They have an argument of Being Budget hotel so their Rates were
  
  80 RM approx for STD room it was actually not a room it was just a box which had a space for Bed
  90 RM approx for 2nd category - I didn't checked it
  100 RM for Delux - I stayed in it after chekcing the Box room..
  and soo on other rooms
  
  I would suggest to check near by AirBnb in 40 to 70RM you ll easily get a Master room or if if go for 110RM then you ll get 2BHK apartment with all amenities like Pool, Gym etc along with Kitchen to prepare basic meals..

  Bad services. Just got 1 towel eventhough for 2 person. The toilet suck up. 👎🏻👎🏻 its little bit noisy n the aircond slow to cold. The toilet is very frustated. Not recommend for family.

  Not tourist friendly. Staff cannot communicate english. Rooms are very small without basic needs. Enjoy the stay with cacroaches, please see the room photos uploaded

  The hotel is good.
  
  The room and the toilet is too small and has limited space to walk.
  
  The security of this hotel is very good and the staff is very friendly.
  
  Iron is upon request, need to wait for other guest to return the iron before you can use it.
