High end gym with a climbing wall, weights, machines, and classes. It's a bit expensive but a nice facility right on the racetrack.

Four things to know about Centro Qi before signing up:
1. There is no actual management and the staff is disrespectful to the members. The two men who pose as facility managers are actually sales managers. Their accountant does not appear to respond to email.
2. Your things are not safe, theft is frequent and goes unresolved. "Management" is unresponsive to repeated requests for help.
3. Many to most of the trainers are under qualified. Injuries are common due to their uneducated training.
4. Never get spa services there. Their personnel are also untrained. They burned my face and during the treatment my cellphone was stolen. This happened March 19th and they can't seem to resolve the issue.response / report this review -

Solo he visitado para pedir informes, pero me encantaron las instalaciones, también considero que los precios están muy bien. El personal es muy muy amable, y su muro de escalada se ve genial.

Muy buen gimnasio, tienen de todo, solo falta la alberca.
Personal muy agradable y los horarios de clases muy variados.
La opción de Rocódromo muy buena.
En referencia al SPA. Lo he probado muchas veces y ha sido un poco de todo.
En ocasiones el personal no está suficientemente cualificado para el masaje o la facial. En otras ocasiones si. Creo que deberían tener especialistas para cada tarea.
Y que los utensilios los pusiera El Centro y no los empleados, como es el caso de hacerte las uñas. Me parece muy antihigiénico.
Lo demás me parece que está estupendo y la opción que te dan tras el masaje de ducha o vapor, me parece muy buen punto a favor.
En el aspecto de los baños del gimnasio están correctos y limpios.
La comida no puedo opinar.

Our hotel called in advance to schedule two massages. We were told on the phone a price. The massage was okay, more pressure was needed. After asking for this there was no change. When we went to pay, the manager or owner was at the counter, a short, older man. He told us the price we were told was wrong and increased the price. He implied that our hotel gave us incorrect information instead of owning the mistake (why would someone who is making us a reservation relay an incorrect price while on the phone with Qi Gym? Unless he can't understand his own language, the likely error was made by the staff at Qi). The owner/manager was overall pretty rude. I can get better massages in NYC for cheaper at places that don't think they are super bougie. Bad customer service.
