I believe the idea was to create a shopping center for those doing their errands and shopping during their lunch hour or quickly and efficiently during the weekend. It's great for those situations and there is a Sam's club near by.

No usen los juegos para niños, le pones las monedas y no funcionan. En la plaza no se hacen responsables porque nunca está el encargado y no te regresan el dinero. ¡es un robo y una burla para los pequeñitos!
