This is a nice Spanish Colonial style square with the streets and buildings to match it. There is plenty of things to do around this place. There is an old fort, museums, naval ships, and plenty of cafes and restaurants. It is far away from the hustle of the touristy side of Varacruz so it is more Mexico in style.

The park is usually clean , and full of life , alot of people sell cool plants there , the only bad part is that at night alot of shady people reunite there .
