The most high quality, eco-conscious group i have seen so far in the area. The people here really care. Great food, gorgeous spot, and absolute top instructors with a deep knowledge of the area. Highly recommend this place

Its a really nice place. The staff are friendly, helpfull and qualify.
Also the bar and the restaurant have good quality of food and the bar is well equipped with almost any drink you want.

Friendly people and good five hour snorkeling tour. If you want to go scuba diving at Banco Chinchorro, you'll need a minimum five people.

I was very disappointed with XTC services. They were nice and friendly but the diving part was horrible. First, it costs almost twice as much as diving in Cozumel or playa, so I consider it very expensive including the bar. They charge in dollars making the conversion DLS--> MXN peso very precise coming down to the last cent. We paid for 2 dives but weather was bad so second dive was cancelled, so they gave us back only 30% instead of 50% as if we had paid for only 1 dive and converting back to pesos was conveniently rounded down in their favor. We had specifically asked to do advanced diving as I have the certification and +30 dives and my husband has technical certifications and +1000 dives, instead We were diving with dive master trainees and open water course tour, making it not at all professional. For that price we expected a boat with roof but we got a little boat with no roof. For that price it is expected snacks and they make you buy at their bar. We brought our own equipment, and after no discount, They arranged our things in the boat but forgot some stuff. Anyway it has been my worst diving and service in my life

This dive center is really proffessionally equiped and the staff and instructors are very welcoming and highly trained.
The food at the Coral Bar & Grill is delicious and they host a barbecue every other wednesday.

Excellent operation. One of the best I've seen. Great friendly staff/DMs. The instructor whose name I can't remember, she seemed excellent. Good gear. Great spot to stay if you're lucky enough. There isn't much else in town though if you're a non-diver/snorkeller.

Fantastic snorkeling spot! The dive center was easy to get to and has a restaurant and bar so you can have a beverage on the beach when you are done snorkeling/diving. Our captain was great and took us on a scenic boat ride before snorkeling in two spots including out over the reef.
