All you can expect from a Walmart you can find it here. Customer service is good. I had an issue with a product that I bought and they change it immediately.

Do NOT buy electronics from Wal-Mart in Mexico. I bought a smartphone and tried to contact the warranty company and none of the numbers are in service. I went to complain to Wal-Mart and the manager says he knows the numbers don't work, yet they still continue to sell to customers and telling them they have a 1 year warranty. But only 6 days in the store. This should be considered a crime and Wal-Mart should be penalized. Wal-Mart has no respect for the Mexican people. I'm an American and they don't care about American people, either. Just selling crappy overpriced goods. Don't buy electronics from Wal-Mart!

Kind staff. Oneday I had a trouble with my car and they allowed me to stay parked there even the store was closed. Then the mechanic showed up and I solved the problem. Thanks Walmart's staff!!!
