  Amazing service, all the staff is very professional and kind, the balloons are in excellent conditions and the flight absolutely worth it. It's very cold so be prepared

  Excellent service, professional, courteous staff. Balloon ride was smooth as possible. While most of the route was determined by the early morning wind, our pilot was expert enough to land the balloon right onto the carriage. Oh did I mention that the landing spot is also determined by the direction of the wind? 🙂

  Picked us up at hotel very close to our Airbnb, 10 minutes late but to be expected. Made a few stops at other hotels. Sign in was pretty quick. Had to wait a bit for our hot air balloon but gave us a chance to take pictures of the other balloons in the background and some of the best pictures we got was then. Went pretty high but don't get too close to the pyramids which was disappointing. Most of the trip was over cactus 🌵 fields. Very well organized. Interesting for first time hot air balloon ride.
