It's a beautiful forest in the middle of the city, a place to relax, to walk and forget about the city and the entire world, you can choose from walk the concrete path walk or adventure and take the forest path walk. It's a great place to go for a run, practice yoga or take your kids to play in their playground. It's important to say that pets and bicycles are not allowed, but you don't need them. It's one of my favorite hide outs since I was a kid.

Jogging place with everything a runner would love to have.

Great place for jogging, cross country or simply to take a walk and take a natural made juice.

It is a great place to go running or hiking. The woods are beautiful and well taken care of. Unfortunately sometimes it is very overcrowded. There are security problems but now it seems to be well policed.

Seriously, Be careful! The classical ancient stories to make children aware of the risks from the woods came back to reality. Yes, here! Stay inside the training circle if you come by. There's not enough surveillance beyond that, and people get "lost", missing, robed, raped, etc Despite this park is enclosed, entrance is free and it's as safe as any other park in the city (it means it's not).

Great forest, something solitary and calamed but you hear a little the sound of the city. 🌲

Beautiful national park with great views, well-maintained trails, and even maps to show you where you are (a first for me in Mexico).

About a 15-20 minute walk from the Metrobus (Villa Olímpica), this place is great for a short hike, picnic, or run (there are several circuits, ranging from 1-6K and above). Looks like parking could be an issue on the weekends.

There are various police stations throughout the park, so it feels very safe.

Great for runs. If you are following one of the secondary routes check the maps, you might get lost easily.

Good place for running and exercising, local people and athletes practice there. You can run through different forest trails or stay in the main track.

Great place for running and hiking. Offers both a 886m tarmack track, and a 1km concrete one, as well as various circuits that travel through the park, offering different concrete routes from 2 to 6km and some mild trail running. Good for hikes and a general day out as well.

Big and clean forest area, nice picnic huts but you cannot grill or play music. Some trails might be too challenging, specially for children or the elderly.
