I purchased a Tanzanite ring and pendant at the Todos Santos store. I asked the salesperson Leo Gomez if they were “real.” He assured me they were. They were FAKES. Leo promised me over and over that I would get a refund. Then I was told that I needed to get an appraisal in writing that the pieces were actually glass. I paid another $100 for this appraisal and sent it to them. Crickets. Never heard back from them. Total rip off! I was in Todos Santos for the spreading of my brother-in-law’s ashes. This company did nothing except add to my grief! Stay away!!!!
