Fast & friendly service, quick lines/wait time, good coffee, wide variety of fresh and pre-packaged foods. Located inside Le Meridian hotel in Mexico City.

Beautiful room, clean and well laid out. Friendly staff. They do have regular, although brief, power cuts, but that is not the hotel's fault. The problem is that the elevator will stop and has no emergency lighting, pitch black. Not an experience that I'd recommend.
We were stuck in there for about 5 minutes but, trust me, in the pitch black it felt a lot longer. The elevator alarm and intercom don't work either only adding to the drama. After a few, worrying minutes the power came back on and the elevator sprung back into life. All is forgiven in the relief of arriving at your floor.response / report this review -

Connected to the Le Meridien hotel with entrance both outside and inside. Small coffee shop but also has seating outside. Great staff. If you don't speak Spanish and are traveling, you should still be able to converse with most of the baristas here.

The place is usually crowded.
Free WiFi available. Place is accessible via wheelchair.
Staff can understand and speak (little bit) English. Anyway that is not a problem while ordering a coffee, but if you have specific instructions, it is good to know that someone understands English.

I find it too narrow inside. I recommend the outdoor seating. Same menu items, nothing impressive.
