Such a horrible experience! I had the worst "manicure" done by a very unengaged, distracted and straight up untalented young woman. She was chatting with coworkers, charging her phone, and contantly attending to her small boy who was obviously bored out of his mind at this place. But worst of all, she just did a plain horrible job with my nails. She didn't file or shape them at all, and hardly polished them. When applying the actual color, she was sloppy and slow, resulting in highly unevenly painted nails on both hands. When I pointed this out to her, she was clearly upset and insulted. She even rolled her eyes several times at coworkers and left me to remove the nail polish myself. When I said I didn't intend to pay full price for her incredibly embarrassing work, she started acting like a childish diva. I had to ask several times for the manager who finally showed up and was just as ridiculous as his bad worker. I insisted on my case for perhaps 15 minutes but it wasn't until my boyfriend told him how off the whole situation was, that the manager finally folded and accepted a reduced price. All I can say is: DON'T go here. It's a waste of time AND money.

Great people, great mani and pedicure, great massages, they have wifi. Been there many times and I definitely recommend that place, I'm a regular now. Much better than 2 other places I've been in Tulum. Maybe not the newest equipment ever, but they have all you need, clean tools and good quality nail products.

Took *two hours* to get this terrible manicure. I had length when I walked in.. first thing the manicurist does is take the large clippers to them and just chop it all off. They use almost no products — just plain water..and polish. Tools weren't sealed. Manicurist would actually stop what she was doing just to turn around and joke around with colleagues, repeatedly. For two hours..
I had to eventually take the file and Cuticle pusher to it myself, as she watched impatiently, but didn't offer to correct it. Then Made me bleed.
Rude, even more so to other customers.
Don't even bother with this hole in the wall.

Well I can safely say it was the best massage I have ever had,
BUT
When I awoke from our experience it was clear to me that some of the monies that were in my shorts was taken..Roughly 2500 pesos.
And even when I was paying they had said that I was short,
When I know I had put 2000 pesos(4x 500)
Yet I was distracted and they said I had only put 1500 pesos down ..
