Horrible place to rent. You are treated like a pariah. You can't order anything from outside because the house is not registred in your name and security makes it impossible. Forget about inviting friends, it is easier to enter Fort Knox. The place is nice with lovely and luxurious houses but if you don't ask for the entrance key card, it will ruin your stay. They will call the administration, then the registered caretaker for authentication. To make it short rent in Mayakoba.
