  Jose and Polo are the only people I have had contact with after 5+ years of leaving my Jeep with SJ Storage while I travel. They are organized and friendly as they go about their work. The drop off's and pick ups at the airport are timely and that means a lot to me. They just make it so easy.

  "I give them a 4 star because they where able to give me quick solutions to my problems but moving forward I highly recommend anybody that is moving anything of value to always pay extra and get the insurance policy "

  Been storing my truck/camper at SJS for 3yrs. Everything was great til recently. Basically a bunch of stuff got stolen out of my truck while in their care. Below is what happened. I wouldn't recommend using their services!
  
  Dropped vehicle 5/8/17 mentioned I was experiencing some A/C issues. They said they have a good mechanic that could take a look at it. I always perceived the mangers & employees as very honest & trustworthy. Big mistake! Returned 6/8/17 truck wasn't even at the facility! The ""Mechanic" returned the vehicle quickly while I waited. He didn't fix anything said I needed new a/c compressor. As I was about to leave I noticed my ARB portable refrigerator was not in the back seat of the truck! Oh big discussion blah blah no one knows anything about it. Long story short SJS & their mechanic didn't take responsibility for it & actually questioned if it wasn't already missing when I dropped it off. Few days later noticed tools & multi-meter missing from my tool box in the truck cab. They are refunding me $150.00. All in all about $1000.00 loss after paying them for years. ARB fridge is about $800.00 SJS wouldn't take responsibility since the theft most likely happened when my truck wasn't at their facility, but with the mechanic. Even though it was them who hired the mechanic to take my truck to who knows where. I also fixed the a/c myself didn't need a compressor at all. Mechanic they use is dishonest & incompetent. Been burned a few times in Mex but this one takes the cake. Would I recommend storing there? Obviously not!

  Nathan and Jose are a pleasure to work with and they understand working with Gringos/Americans. I was a little hesitant to leave my motorhome with all my surf gear etc. there but after seeing the security and protection I am confident with storing my RV there than I do storing it in San Diego. Give these guys a try, you wont regret it. Oh ya, they are only a mile from the airport!!! Got to love that!

  Reasonably priced, covered long term vehicle parking very convenient to Los Cabos airport.
  Safe, secure and reliable storage for my SUV about six months/year.
  Very satisfied!

  I've rented a unit @ San Jose Storage for the last 3 years and have used their professional moving services numerous times over the same period of time. I've found their rates to be fair and the facilities to rival those of storage units back in Canada.
  
  The staff is what really sets San Jose Storage above its competitors. Nathan (owner), Jose (office manager) and Polo always go above and beyond to assist us whenever needed.
  
  I'd definitely recommend this place to our friends and clients!
